Pengelolaan Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Religius di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pancasila Lembang

dc.description Abstract. Education must actually carry out the character building mission, so that students and graduates of educational institutions can participate in filling development well and successfully without leaving the values of noble character. One of the character that needs to be developed in students in school is the religious character that is built through habituation. The Ministry of Education and Culture implements strengthening the nation's successor character through the PPK movement that was rolled out since 2016 as a continuation of the National Movement for National Character Education policy in 2010. The purpose of this study is to identify the management of religious character education strengthening programs in the Pancasila Lembang State Elementary School form of planning, implementation and evaluation. The research method used is descriptive analytic with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, field observations (observations), and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning the PPK program was made at Pancasila Elementary School by the PPK team consisting of principals, teachers, school committees, and parents of students. The religious PPK program has a purpose that refers to one of the school's missions, namely to develop a religious attitude towards the teachings of the religion that is embraced. Through this program students are expected to have faith and devotion to Allah SWT, have a noble character, and have a good personality according to Indonesian norms and culture (2) The implementation of the KDP program through three bases, namely; a) class-based integrated in every subject, b) school culture with routine habituation and extracurricular activities, and c) community based by inviting religious leaders at every Islamic holiday celebration (3) Evaluation of activities carried out through teacher observation through attitude assessment sheets spiritually according to policies in the 2013 curriculum, namely through observation sheets, self-assessment, assessment among students, and journals.Keywords: Management, Character Education, Religous.Abstrak. Pendidikan sejatinya harus mengemban misi pembentukan karakter sehingga para peserta didik dan para lulusan lembaga pendidikan dapat berpartisipasi dalam mengisi pembangunan dengan baik dan berhasil tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai karakter mulia. Salah satu karakter yang perlu dikembangkan dalam diri peserta didik di sekolah ialah karakter religius yang dibangun melalui pembiasaan. Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan  mengimplementasikan penguatan karakter penerus bangsa melalui gerakan PPK yang digulirkan sejak tahun 2016 sebagai kelanjutan dari kebijakan Gerakan Nasional Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa pada tahun 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengelolaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter religius di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pancasila Lembang dalam bentuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi lapangan (pengamatan), dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan program PPK dibuat di SDN Pancasila oleh tim PPK yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, dan orang tua siswa. Program PPK religius memiliki tujuan yang mengacu pada salah satu misi sekolah yaitu untuk mengembangkan sikap religius terhadap ajaran agama yang dianut. Melalui program ini diharapkan siswa memiliki keimanan dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT, berakhlak mulia, sekaligus memiliki kepribadian yang baik sesuai norma dan budaya Indonesia (2) Pelaksanaan program PPK melalui tiga basis yaitu; a) berbasis kelas yang diintegrasikan pada setiap mata pelajaran, b) budaya sekolah dengan pembiasaan rutin dan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, dan c) berbasis masyarakat dengan mengundang tokoh agama pada setiap perayaan hari besar Islam (3) Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengamatan guru melalui lembar penilaian sikap spiritual sesuai kebijakan dalam kurikulum 2013, yaitu melalui lembar observasi, penilaian diri, penilaian antar peserta didik, dan jurnal.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Pendidikan Kakrakter, Religius.
