dc.description Abstract. Human resources (SDM) is one of the valuable investment for any organization that needs to be protected. One thing that can be done by the company to increase the commitment of the organization is to increase the quality work of life (QWL). QWL is one form of worker perception towards the environment and experience of their work in their work space. Other than that, islamic work ethic is becoming an effective way to shape a commitment from the organization.   Islamic work ethic is a concept of ethic based on Al-Quran and Hadits to make an ethical attitude during work. This research aims to find out about how the level of quality work of life, Islamic work ethic and organization commitment and analyze the data whether or not there is a good effect partially and simultaneously between quality work of life and Islamic work ethic towards organization commitment. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The primary data is taken from interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The secondary data is taken from books and literature which support the research material. The result of this research shows that: 1) the level of quality work of life  worker is high, the level of Islamic work ethic is medium, and the level commitment organization is medium. 2)  the effect of quality work of life towards the organization commitment worker is positive and significant. 3) the effect of Islamic work ethic towards organization commitment worker is considered as not influential. 4) the effect of quality work of life and Islamic work ethic towards the organization commitment worker is influential simurtaneously.Keywords: Quality Work of Life (QWL), Islamic Work Ethic, Commitment Organization. Abstrak. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan investasi sangat berharga bagi sebuah organisasi yang perlu dijaga. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi adalah dengan meningkatkan quality work of life (QWL). QWL merupakan suatu bentuk persepsi pekerja terhadap suasana dan pengalaman pekerja di lingkup pekerjaannya.  Selain itu etika kerja Islam menjadi cara efektif untuk membentuk komitmen organisasi. Etika kerja Islam merupakan konsep etika berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Hadist untuk membentuk perilaku yang etis dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat QWL, etika kerja Islam dan komitmen organisasi serta menganalisis data apakah terdapat pengaruh baik secara parsial dan simultan antara QWL dan etika kerja Islam terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku dan literatur yang mendukung dengan materi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tingkat QWL pegawai berada dalam kondisi tinggi, tingkat etika kerja Islam pegawai berada dalam kondisi sedang dan  tingkat komitmen organisasi pegawai berada dalam kondisi sedang. 2) Pengaruh QWL terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai adalah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. 3) Pengaruh etika kerja Islam terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai adalah tidak berpengaruh. 4) Pengaruh QWL dan etika kerja Islam terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai adalah berpengaruh secara simultan/bersama.Kata Kunci: Quality Work of Life (QWL), Etika Kerja Islam, Komitmen Organisasi
