Abstract. Mataharikecil is a non-profit corporation engaged in the field of education, and has a program in elementary school here in Gading Regency. The Mataharikecil Bandung consists of a team Mataharikecil and teacher who is a volunteer. The members of this team remain in Mataharikecil, although not get the facility in the form of salary and other facilities. Mataharikecil have 3 value that is family, professionalism, and work fast. The purpose of this research is to see if there's anything relationship between cultural organizations with the commitment of the organization on the team Mataharikecil in Bandung. The sample study was 31 members of the team who have joined for at least one year in Mataharikecil. The measure used is Organizational the Culture Profile of O’Rielly, which was developed by Ashkansay and commitment of the Organization of Steer and Porter. The method used is the analysis Spearman’s Correalation. The results showed that there is a significant connection between cultural organizations with the commitment of the organization of 0.871, and out of 10 dimensions of cultural organizations there are three dimensions have a strong relationship with the commitment of the Development of the Individually, Job Performance, and Structure and members of the Mataharikecil have the commitment of the organization.Key Words : Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, MataharikecilAbstrak. Mataharikecil adalah organisasi non profit yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dan memiliki program SMP Terbuka Gading Regency. Anggota Mataharikecil Bandung terdiri dari tim Mataharikecil dan pengajar yang merupakan seorang relawan. Para anggota tim ini tetap bertahan di Mataharikecil walaupun tidak mendapatkan fasilitas berupa gaji dan fasilitas lainnya. Mataharikecil memiliki 3 nilai yaitu kekeluargaan, profesionalisme, dan kerja cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adakah hubungan anatara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada Tim Mataharikecil Bandung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 31 anggota tim yang sudah bergabung minimal selama satu tahun di Mataharikecil. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Organizational Culture Profile dari O’Rielly yang dikembangkan oleh Ashkansay dan Komitmen Organisasi dari Steer dan Porter. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.871. Dan dari 10 dimensi budaya organisasi terdapat 3 dimensi yang memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan komitmen organisasi yaitu Development of the Individual , Job Performance , dan Structure. Serta anggota Mataharikecil memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi.Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Mataharikecil |
