Abstract. Numerous research have shown that the needs of students’ self-fulfillment is achieved because of a healthy school environment as the students’ involvement on learning activities and doing school assignments are far more triggered, as well as displaying a good learning habit which affect their academic achievement (Ainley; Epstein & McPartland; Fine, in Huebner & McCullough, 2000). 1 Cimahi State Vocational School is one of the vocational schools that offers a very vigilant selection, not just anyone could easily enroll in this school. Nevertheless, 3rd grade students majoring in electrical industrial engineering showed a low academic adjustment with an unfulfilled basic need that was not well met by the school which shows a low school well-being. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate how close is the relation between school well-being with academic adjustment on 3rd Grade Students of Electrical Industrial at 1 Cimahi State Vocational School. There were 67 students who acted as the respondents. The school well-being theory from Konu and Rimpela (2002) was utilized in this research that covers the aspects of having, loving, being, and health. Furthermore, the academic adjustment theory of Bem P. Allen (1990) was also used. It covers the aspect of time management, teaching-learning strategies, facing the examination and career preparation. The correlation resulted with 0.484 correlations with 0.000 significant levels, in which shows that there is a quite tight positive correlation between school well-being with academic adjustment.Keyword: School Well-Being, Academic Adjustment, Vocational School Students Abstrak.
