dc.description Abstract. At Cibarusah, Bekasi, West Java, there is a karakter Tunas Indonesia Kindergarten/Elementary School where all teachers are honorary teachers. In that school the teachers experienced a number of obstacles that were enough to hamper their work. However, these obstacles are not a big problem for the teachers. They remain passionate about doing their jobs and showing grateful behavior, and always think positively. This is also related to gratitude factors. The purpose of this study was to look at the gratitude picture that was possessed by the teachers at Karakter Tunas Indonesia Kindergarten/Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive study. The research subjects were teachers at the Karakter Tunas Indonesia Kindergarten/Elementary School, totaling 12 people. Data collection using a questionnaire measuring instrument constructed with reference to the standard measuring instrument based on the gratitude theory of McCullough. The results obtained showed that most honorary teachers who were the subjects of the study were at a high level of gratitude (83.3%).Keywords: Gratitude, Honorary TeacherAbstrak. Di Cibarusah, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, terdapat TK/SD Karakter Tunas Indonesia dimana seluruh guru yang mengajar merupakan guru honorer. Di sekolah tersebut para guru mengalami beberapa kendala yang cukup menghambat pekerjaannya. Namun, kendala-kendala tersebut tidak menjadi masalah besar bagi para guru. Mereka tetap bersemangat dalam melakukan tugasnya dan menunjukkan perilaku bersyukur, serta selalu berfikir positif. Hal ini juga terkait dengan faktor-faktor kebersyukuran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran gratitude yang dimiliki oleh guru di TK/SD Karakter Tunas Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru di TK/SD Karakter Tunas Indonesia, berjumlah 12 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner yang mengacu pada alat ukur baku berdasarkan teori gratitude dari McCullough. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru honorer yang menjadi subjek penelitian, berada pada tingkat gratitude tinggi (83,3%).Kata Kunci : Gratitude, Guru Honorer
