Abstract. This study intends to find out "Spirit At Work on Production Operators". In this field they work with conditions that do not support the work that should be accepted by the operators. Nonetheless, with those ‘poor’ conditions, it didn’t affect their performance, as proven by their highly positive results. This implies that they understand many positive meanings in their work. The purpose of this study is to create an overview of spirit at work of operators using a descriptive research method. The subjects are 53 operators. Measurements were made based on theory from Kinjerski & Skrypnek. The survey contained 18 valid items with a reliability value of 0.862. Based on the results, it was observed those who valued spirit at work in the high category were 40 people (75.47%), and in the low category were 13 people (24.53%). Therefore, it can be concluded that a majority of respondents in the high category. Keywords: spirit at work, production field operators Abstrak. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui “Spirit At Work pada Operator Bidang Produksi”. Pada bidang tersebut mereka bekerja dengan kondisi yang belum menunjang pekerjaanya yang seharusnya diterima dan dimiliki oleh para operator. Namun dengan keadaan tersebut, ternyata tidak berpengaruh bagi kinerja para operator, yaitu dengan kinerja yang dikatakan tinggi. Dalam hal ini mereka menghayati banyak makna-makna positif terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat gambaran Spirit At Work para Operator. Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 53 orang yang merupakan seluruh Operator bidang produksi. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan teori dari Kinjerski & Skrypnek untuk Spirit At Work. Pada skala Spirit At Work diperoleh 18 item valid dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,862. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan hasil bahwa yang menilai spirit at work dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 40 orang (75,47%) sedangkan kategori rendah yaitu sebanyak 13 orang (24,53%). Dengan demikian, dapat dikatkan bahwa dominansi responden menilai spirit at work dalam kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci: Spirit At Work, Operator Bidang Produksi |
