Abstract. Hal ini menggambarkan Psychological Well-Being. Kata Kunci : Psychological well-being, Prajurit TNI AD, Wilayah Konflik Abstract. TNI AD soldiers face various challenges, risks, and sacrifices. One of the responsibilities is to guard the border between Papua and Papua New Guinea, where the condition of the region has a high vulnerability for gun contact. Various studies by Chaturvedhula (2017) stated that fighter warriors felt they lack in life during their duties due to bad regional facilities and conditions. This condition affected the soldiers after returning from their duties in which they experienced high depression, panic attack, and trauma. Being different from the soldiers of Raider X Battalion, after duties in conflict areas, they can carry out their normal activities as soldiers. They also have no obstacles in establishing relations with their environment, still having plans for their life goals as well as actualizing themselves after duties in conflict areas. This illustrates the Psychological Well-Being. The purpose of this study was to obtain an empirical picture of Psychological well-being on AD Army Battalion Raider X Post-Duties in Conflict Areas. The method used in this study is a descriptive study of 130 respondents. The measuring instrument used was the psychological well-being questionnaire from Ryff which had been adapted into Indonesian by Zheng Engger. The result of this study shows that 95 people (73.1%) belong to high Psychological well-being and 35 people (26.9%) belong to low Psychological well-being.Keywords: Psychological well-being, Army Soldiers, Conflict Areas |
