dc.description Abstract.Islamic boarding schools are different from schools in general, the process of religious learning in boarding schools has longer teaching hours and is carried out every day. One of the pesantren in Bandung is the Darul Fithrah Islamic Boarding School. The teachers who are here still survive despite having a tight schedule and getting a salary below the UMR. According to Meyer & Allen (1991) organizational commitment is the view that commitment is a psychological that characterizes the employee’s relationship with the organization and has implications for the decision to continue membership in the organization. There are three dimensions of commitment in organization, namely: affective, continuance, and normative. The purpose of this descriptive study is a specific description of organizational commitment to teachers at Darul Fithrah Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Regency. The research method used is descriptive study with 20 research subjects. The measuring instrument is a questionnaire regarding organizational commitment based on Meyer and Allen's theory. Based on the results of the study obtained 4 commitment profiles owned by the teachers are affective commitment high, high normative commitment as many as 5 people. Teacher profiles with low affective commitment, low continuance commitment and low normative commitment as many as 8 people. High profile affective commitment, high continuance commitment and high normative commitment as many as 6 people. And the teacher profile with high continuance commitment is 1 person.Keywords:Organizational Commitment, Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment.Abstrak. Pondok pesantren berbeda dengan sekolah pada umumnya, proses pembelajaran keagamaan di pesantren memiliki jam pengajaran yang lebih lama dan dilakukan setiap hari. Salah satu pesantren yang berada di kabupaten Bandung adalah Pesantren Darul Fithrah. Guru yang berada disini tetap bertahan meskipun memiliki jadwal yang padat dan mendapatkan gaji dibawah UMR. Menurut Meyer & Allen (1991) komitmen organisasi yaitu suatu pandangan bahwa komitmen adalah karakteristik psikologis hubungan anggota organisasi dengan organisasinya dan memiliki implikasi terhadap keputusan individu untuk melanjutkan keanggotaannya dalam berorganisasi. Terdapat tiga dimensi komitmen dalam berorganisasi, yaitu: affective, continuance, dan normative. Tujuan dari penelitian deskriptif ini adalah gambaran secara spesifik komitmen organisasi pada guru di Pondok Pesantren Darul Fithrah Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang guru. Alat ukur berupa kuesioner mengenai komitmen organisasi berdasarkan teori Meyer dan Allen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 4 profile komitmen yang dimiliki oleh para guru yaitu affective commitment tinggi, normative commitment tinggi sebanyak 5 orang. Profile guru dengan affective commitment rendah, continuance commitment rendah dan normative commitment rendah sebanyak 8 orang. Profile affective commitment tinggi, continuance commitment tinggi dan normative commitment tinggi sebanyak 6 orang. Dan profile guru dengan continuance commitment tinggi sebanyak 1 orang.Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment.
