Abstract. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between hygiene factors and motivator factors with work discipline in PDAM Tirtawening. The background of this research is work motivation factors become dominant in a company and employee. Work discipline is very important role in achieving company goals. Meter recorder in PDAM Tirtawening haw duty to record the water usage of each customer's home every month where the results of the record are proof of PDAM customer payment every month. The phenomenon that occurs the problem of the work of the meter recorder work discipline is due to the low work motivation possessed by the meter recorder. The method used in this study is correlation. The research subjects were 60 meter recorder. Measurements were made based on the Two Factor theory by Frederick Herzberg and work discipline theories from Lateiner & Levine. Work motivation scale, obtained reliability coefficient of 0.813. On a work discipline scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.811. Using the Spearman rank correlation test, the results obtained motivational factors rs = 0.862 with a significant 1.348 from ttable = 2.002. So that there is a very strong positive relationship between motivator factors with work discipline in the PDAM Tirtawening Meter Recording Officer. The hygiene factor rs = 0.511 with a significant 3.866 from the ttable = 2.002. So that there is a positive / moderate relationship between hygiene factors and work discipline among the PDAM Tirtawening Meter Recording Officers. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor hygiene dan faktor motivator dengan disiplin kerja pada Petugas Pencatat Meter Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirtawening Kota Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor motivasi kerja menjadi sesuatu yang dominan dalam suatu perusahaan dan disiplin kerja karyawan merupakan sesuatu yang berperan sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Petugas Pencatat Meter Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirtawening Kota Bandung bertugas untuk mencatat pemakaian air setiap rumah pelanggan setiap bulannya dimana hasil catatan tersebut adalah bukti pembayaran pelanggan PDAM setiap bulannya. Fenomena yang terjadi permasalahan disiplin kerja petugas Pencatat Meter dikarenakan rendahnya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh petugas Pencatat Meter. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah korelasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 60 orang Petugas Pencatat Meter. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan teori Two Factor oleh Frederick Herzberg serta teori disiplin kerja dari Lateiner & Levine. Skala Motivasi kerja, diperoleh koefisien realiabilitas sebesar 0,813. Pada skala disiplin kerja dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,811. Menggunakan uji Korelasi rank Spearman, hasil didapatkan faktor motivator rs=0,862 dengan signifikan 1,348 dari ttabel=2,002. Sehingga terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara faktor motivator dengan disiplin kerja pada petugas Pencatat Meter PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung. Pada faktor hygiene rs=0,511 dengan signifikan 3,866 dari ttabel=2,002. Sehingga terdapat hubungan positif yang sedang /cukup kuat antara faktor hygiene dengan disiplin kerja pada petugas Pencatat Meter PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung.
