Abstract. Dating violence is an act of violence committed in a courtship relationship whose impact can cause physical, psychological, and social injury to the victim. The forms of courtship violence are verbal & emotional violence, physical violence, and sexual violence. Judging from their gender, women are the most vulnerable to violence, because in everyday life women are considered as weak creatures. However, in reality there are still many women who have managed to get through the pressures of violence in courtship and rise up by doing positive activities. Psychologically, individuals able to rise from difficult conditions are called individuals who are resilient. This study aims to determine the description of resilience in students victims of violence in courtship in community X city of Bandung. The sample of this study was 43 female victims of KDP in the city of Bandung who were students. Data retrieval is done by using a Resilience measurement tool that is constructed based on the theory of Reivich & Shatte. From the data processing, it was found that the resilience of KDP victims in Bandung was 51%. High aspects of resilience, namely emotion regulation and self-efficacy. This shows that students who are victims of KDP in the X Community of Bandung City can overcome a variety of negative emotions they have and remain stable in depressed conditions. KDP victim students can also plan, implement, and decide on actions to deal with the situation at hand. The highest forms of violence are verbal and emotional, physical, and sexual. Pesantren SMA Daarut Tauhid adalah salah satu boarding school yang berbeda dengan boarding school pada umumnya, karena mereka memiliki program khusus berkuda dimana setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam program ini berkaitan dengan merawat, dan melatih hingga dapat menunggangi nya secara baik.Berkuda menstimulasi perasaan-perasaan yang positif. Interaksi terjadi dalam aktivitas berkuda dengan latihan yang optimal dan berhubungan dengan alam adalah motivasi penting bagi sebagian besar pengendara kuda karena menjaga sisi emosional agar dapat mengendalikan dan menunggangginya secara efektif. Menurut Thompson (1994) Regulasi Emosi adalah proses intrinsik dan ekstrinsik diri individu yang bertanggung jawab memonitor, mengevaluasi, dan memodifikasi reaksi emosi secara intensif dan khusus untuk mencapai tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai regulasi emosi pada siswa SMA Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung yang mengikuti aktivitas berkuda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 8 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan disusun berdasarkan teori Regulasi Emosi dari Thompson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 100 % siswa memiliki kategori Regulasi Emosi tinggi. Aspek tertinggi Memonitor Emosi yakni 100 % tergolong tinggi, sedangkan aspek Mengevaluasi Emosi dan Memodifikasi Emosi memiliki yakni 87,5% tergolong tinggi.Kata kunci : Regulasi Emosi, Berkuda, Studi Deskriptif, Boarding School
