Abstract. Inclusive education has become one of education systems that is run in Indonesia. In 2016, Bandung city has declared to be inclusive education city and has obliged every school level to receive students regardless their condition. X High school in Bandung is a private inclusive school that had happened since 2000. The school’s programs and activities that are provided (to hopefully) facilitate the student’s interest and potential. Some of the students find it as positive thing that even though they feel tired at school, they will still go through with it with a positive energy. However, some other students find the school’s system and programs are something negative. This phenomenon effect the student’s performance at school. Those who have negative views of the school show less well performance. This result to a distinct division of 2 groups of the students. What the students feel that is analyzed in this research is called well-being (Seligman, 2011). The aim of this research is to gain empiric data about the well-being of X High school students in Bandung. This research uses descriptive method using questionnaire as the measurement. The result of this research shows that 51% of the total students have high level of well-being and other 49% shows low level. This means that more than half of the students have good judgement on themselves and their school.Keywords : Student Well-Being, High School Student, Inclusive Education Abstrak. Pendidikan inklusi saat ini telah menjadi salah satu sistem pendidikan yang dijalankan di sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2016, kota Bandung mendeklarasikan diri sebagai kota pendidikan inklusi dan telah mewajibkan setiap jenjang sekolah untuk menerima siswa dalam kondisi apa pun. SMA X Bandung merupakan sekolah swasta inklusi yang telah berdiri dari sejak tahun 2000. Dengan program-program dan kegiatan yang disediakan oleh pihak sekolah, diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi setiap siswa yang ada untuk mengembangkan minat dan potensi yang dimilikinya. Sebagian siswa menilai hal tersebut sebagai suatu hal yang positif, sehingga walaupun dirasa berat dan melelahkan, siswa tetap menjalaninya dengan perasaan positif. Namun siswa lainnya tidak menilai seperti itu, siswa merasa hal tersebut sebagai suatu hal yang negatif. Hal ini pun kemudian berpengaruh pada performansi siswa di sekolah, siswa yang memandang negatif cenderung menunjukkan performansi yang kurang baik bila dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki penilaian positif. Sehingga siswa pun terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yang sangat bertolak belakang. Apa yang dirasakan oleh siswa disebut sebagai Student Well-being (Seligman, 2011). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empirik mengenai gambaran Student Well-being yang dimiliki oleh siswa SMA X Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa 51% dari total siswa memiliki tingkat well-being yang tinggi dan 49% lainnya belum, sehingga berarti lebih dari setengah siswa telah memiliki penilaian yang baik terhadap diri dan sekolahnya.Kata Kunci : Student Well Being, Siswa SMA, Pendidikan Inklusi |
