Abstract. Neighborhood Cigending district has an area of Cigending Ha, 2.64 village is one of the villages that are located in Kecamatan Ujungberung Bandung. Land use in the central area of the village there is a green ope spaces, settlements, and education. The Central village Cigending situated at the border of the city of Bandung and Bandung Regency. Green ope spaces in the Central village Cigending not, there are some quality problems were found, namely the problem of children's wards, issue the green line road, the issue of the borders of the river green ope spaces, green ope spaces of education, problems and problem children jiran. The goal of peneletian is to improve the quality of open green space in the heart of the village Cigending. The data collection method used to solve the above problems, namely using the method of survey the survey of primary and secondary. Whereas the methods of analysis using existing conditions compare with the IE standard/criteria contained in government regulation or related books. The results of this research is to provide recommendations towards improving the quality of open green space in the Centre of the village Cigending, such as rekomedasi increase in children's wards, an increase green ope spaces the green line the road, an increase of green ope spaces border river, the increase in wards, improved Office compound, green ope spaces school, and improving the grounds jiran. With berkualitasnya a green ope spaces will creat. Abstrak. Pusat kawasan Kelurahan Cigending memiliki luas 2,64 Ha, kelurahan Cigending merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang berada di Kecamatan Ujungberung kota Bandung. Penggunaan lahan di pusat kawasan kelurahan terdapat RTH, permukiman, dan pendidikan. Kawasan pusat kelurahan Cigending berada diperbatasan kota Bandung dan Kabupaten Bandung. RTH di kawasan pusat kelurahan Cigending tidak berkualitas, terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditemukan yaitu masalah taman kelurahan, masalah jalur hijau jalan, masalah RTH sempadan sungai, masalah RTH pendidikan, dan masalah taman rukun tetangga. Tujuan dari peneletian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas ruang terbuka hijau di pusat kawasan kelurahan Cigending. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah diatas yaitu menggunakan metode survey primer dan survey sekunder. Sedangkan metode analisis menggunakan yaitu membandingkan kondisi eksisting dengan standar/kriteria yang terdapat di peraturan pemerintah atau buku yang terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas ruang terbuka hijau di pusat kelurahan Cigending, seperti rekomedasi peningkatan taman kelurahan, peningkatan RTH jalur hijau jalan, peningkatan RTH sempadan sungai, peningkatan pekarangan kantor kelurahan, peningkatan RTH sekolah, dan peningkatan taman rukun tetangga. Dengan berkualitasnya suatu RTH akan menciptakan suasana yang nyaman dan turut memenuhi kebutuhan RTH kota sebanyak 30%. |
