Abstract. Problems with scarcity of resources, the existence of slums, increased production of waste, pollution, traffic congestion, and environmental degradation are some of the problems that will be caused along with the decline in the physical condition of the city due to the large population in the city of Bandung. Bandung Smart City is a city development and management concept that is being developed by the City of Bandung as a solution to this problem, but in its realization the Smart City concept is still limited to the use of IT-based technology. While the concept of Smart City is not only limited to technology. Research on "Evaluation of the Level of Implementation of the Smart City Concept in the City of Bandung". The approach method in this study was carried out with qualitative and quantitative approaches using international indicators proposed by Rudolf Griffinger and Boyd Cohen consisting of 6 Smart City elements, namely Smart Economy, Smart Mobility, Smart Environment, Smart People, Smart Living, and Smart Government. The data sources used are primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires and secondary data in the form of library research, institutions, and internet. While the analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis, statistical analysis of proportions, and Likert scale to evaluate a program from public perception. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the level of implementation of the Smart City Concept in the City of Bandung Smart Environment had reached 55%, Smart Mobility reached 43%, Smart Government reached 61%, Smart Economy reached 53%, Smart People reached 67%, and Smart Living reached 58%.Keywords : Smart City Concept, Level of Implementation of the Smart City Concept, Bandung City.Abstrak. Permasalahan kelangkaan sumber daya, adanya permukiman kumuh, meningkatnya produksi limbah, polusi, kemacetan lalu lintas, dan degradasi lingkungan merupakan beberapa masalah yang akan ditimbulkan seiring dengan menurunnya kondisi fisik kota akibat membludaknya jumlah penduduk di Kota Bandung. Bandung Smart City merupakan konsep pembangunan dan pengelolaan kota yang sedang dikembangkan oleh Kota Bandung sebagai untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, namun dalam realisasinya konsep Smart City masih sebatas penggunaan teknologi berbasis IT saja. Sedangkan konsep Smart City tidak hanya sebatas teknologi saja. Penelitian mengenai “Evaluasi Tingkat Pelaksanaan Konsep Smart City di Kota Bandung”. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan indikator internasional yang dikemukakan oleh Rudolf Griffinger dan Boyd Cohen yang terdiri dari 6 elemen Smart City yaitu Smart Economy, Smart Mobility, Smart Environment, Smart People, Smart Living, dan Smart Government. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil wawancara dan kuesioner serta data sekunder berupa penelitian pustaka, instansional, dan internet. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik proporsi, dan skala likert untuk mengevaluasi suatu program dari persepsi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat pelaksanaan Konsep Smart City di Kota Bandung Smart Environment Kota Bandung sudah mencapai 55%, Smart Mobility mencapai 43%, Smart Government mencapai 61%, Smart Economy mencapai 53%, Smart People mencapai 67%, dan Smart Living mencapai 58%.Kata Kunci : Konsep Smart City, Tingkat Pelaksanaan Konsep Smart City, Kota Bandung. |
