Abstract. Information technology is a means of information that is very important for a company. Information is expected to facilitate work or activities to achieve goals optimally. The Indonesian Ulema Council is still in the form of a static web and can not carry out any transactions in it. Regarding these problems, an analysis of the current system will be carried out to provide information system design proposals that are useful for solving various problems, especially in terms of data processing so that they can obtain fast and accurate information. In the process of making this information system, Model-driven development method is used which consists of scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, decision analysis, physical design and application development. In the construction of applications, the application used for programming languages is PHP that is made using Adobe Dreamweaver, MySQL for database storage and Content Management System (CMS) to manage, update, and publish information content and XAMPP applications to run PHP programming and MySQL databases. This information system can carry out transactions with the admin, consumer and manufacturer and display an interface that can facilitate the operator in its operation. The results obtained from the design and construction of this information system will provide one solution in reducing the problems that arise due to the data collection process on the website of the Indonesian Ulema Council.Keywords: Information system, Database, Model-driven development.Abstrak. Teknologi informasi merupakan sarana informasi yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan. Informasi diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan atau kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan secara optimal. Majelis Ulama Indonesia masih berbentuk web statis dan tidak bias melakukan transaksi apapun didalamnya. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka akan dilakukan analisis terhadap sistem yang sedang berjalan untuk diberikan usulan perancangan sistem informasi yang berguna untuk pemecahan berbagai masalah terutama dalam hal pengolahan data sehingga dapat memperoleh informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Pada proses pembuatan sistem informasi ini digunakan metode Model-driven development yang terdiri tahap definisi lingkup, analisis masalah, analisis persyaratan, perancangan logis, analisis keputusan, perancangan fisik dan pembangunan aplikasi. Dalam pembangunan aplikasi, Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk bahasa permrograman adalah PHP yang dibuat menggunakan Adobe Dreamweaver, MySQL untuk penyimpanan database dan Content Management System (CMS) untuk mengelola, memperbaharui, dan publikasi konten informasi serta aplikasi XAMPP untuk menjalankan pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem informasi ini dapat melakukan transaksi dengan pihak admin, komsumen dan pihak produsen serta menampilkan antarmuka yang dapat memudahkan operator dalam pengoperasiannya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari rancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi ini akan memberikan salah satu solusi dalam mengurangi masalah-masalah yang muncul akibat proses pendataan di website Majelis Ulama Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, Basis Data, Model-driven development |
