Abstract.Nowadays, halal tourism becomepopulartrend in the tourism industry. Many countries in the world rapidly develop this sector, including Indonesia. Indonesia as nation withhighestmoslem population in the world, want to improve their halal tourism through out the country, so that it could make Indonesia asa role for halal tourism. This research was conducted at West Bandung District which have any good tourist attractionto be visited by traveler from whole over the world. One of the obstacles to develop halal tourismisthe citizenof West Bandung City not well informed about this issue. Besides, facilities and infrastructures like hotel and restaurant withhalal label are rarely to find. Moreoverlack of information and promotion regarding halal tourism in West Bandung City, make the number of tourist who visited the city decreased. This condition makes traveler hard to find information about halal tourism at West Java District. This Research goal is to design halal tourism package from start till end to create addedvalue which focused on efficient and effectiveprogram.Which include much optionsequence hotel and restaurant selection that suitable forhalal criteria. The variable of research for this topic including product, service, and management. Fuzzy logic methodis expectedgive every tourist who will come to West Bandung Cityaccessible data regardinghotel and restaurant for people. Calculating questionnaire percentage index using Microsoft Office Excel Software. Fuzzy logic analyze using MATLAB software with Toolbox Fuzzy Logic.Keywords:Halal Tourism, Supply Chain Management, Fuzzy Logic Abstrak. Halal tourism saat ini menjadi salah satu tren yang mendunia. Sejumlah negara semakin gencar mengembangkan sektor ini, termasuk pemerintah Indonesia. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas muslim terbesar, tidak ingin Indonesia hanya menjadi pasar, tetapi juga menjadi pemain utama. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang memiliki berbagai pariwisata menarik untuk dikunjungi oleh wisatawan nasional maupun mancanegara. Permasalahan halal tourism di Kabupaten Bandung Barat terbilang sangat dan minim susah untuk ditemukan, hal ini menyebabkan mayoritas masyarakat tidak mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan halal tourism. Selain itu sarana prasarana seperti hotel dan restoran yang berlabel halal sangat jarang ditemukan dan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi bagi wisatawan muslim yang sedang atau mau berkunjung masih minim dan kurangnya promosi membuat Kabupaten Bandung Barat jarang dikunjungi. Keadaan ini menyebabkan wisatawan kesulitan untuk mencari informasi tentang wisata halal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang paket halal tourism dari hulu hingga hilir guna menciptakan nilai tambah yang berfokus pada efisiensi dan efektitifitas yang meliputi penentuan urutan-urutan pilihan hotel dan restoran yang bisa mendekati kriteria-kriteria hotel dan restoran halal. Kriteria variabel penelitian ini meliputi produk, pelayanan, dan pengelolaan. Dengan metode fuzzy logic akan sangat membantu dalam penentuan rekomendasi pemilihan hotel dan restoran bagi para pelaku wisata. Perhitungan index persen kuesioner menggunakan bantuan software Microsoft Office Excel. Analisa fuzzy logic menggunakan software MATLAB dengan Toolbox Fuzzy logic.
