Abstract There is work done manually, the work done manually provides a demand for qualified physical abilities to achieve the desired target of the company. (1) The problem solving model used in this study is to use the work sampling method because this method is in accordance with the research objectives, namely knowing the workload of the operator to improve the work method of the work station installation of socks and knowing the productivity of socks installation. done on the installation of socks, where before direct observation is determined in advance the working schedule of the operator to be studied. operator data at work obtained will then be used to determine the data to be observed. Where the data obtained is data in the form of what the operator does when doing his work, what days the respondent works, and how long in a day the operator works. Based on the results of research and data processing that has been carried out obtained several conclusions including the following: (2) From the results of work sampling obtained the number of observations for 2 (two) days amounted to 180 observations. From the results, the percentage of productive operators of socks installation was 89.44%. (3) The value of the physical workload for socks installation operators is 1.31, with an adjustment factor of 1.14, a 30% allowance factor. Therefore it is necessary to improve the work method in the process of installing socks. (4) After making improvements to the work method, it is obtained that the processing time is reduced from 480 seconds to 240 seconds.Keywords: work sampling, physical workload.Abstrak. Terdapat pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara manual, pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara manual memberikan tuntutan kemampuan fisik yang mumpuni agar tercapainya target yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. (1) Model pemecahan masalah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode work sampling karena metode ini yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, yaitu mengetahui beban kerja operator untuk perbaikan metode kerja stasiun kerja pemasangan kaos kaki dan mengetahui produktifitas pekerjaan pemasangan kaos kaki.Pengukuran yang dilakukan pada bagian pemasangan kaos kaki, di mana sebelum dilakukan pengamatan langsung ditentukan terlebih dahulu jadwal bekerja operator yang akan diteliti. data operator saat bekerja yang diperoleh nantinya akan digunakan untuk menentukan data yang akan di lakukan pengamatan. Di mana data yang diperoleh yaitu data berupa apa saja yang dilakukan operator saat melakukan pekerjaan nya, hari apa saja reponden berkerja, dan berapa lama dalam sehari operator bekerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya sebagai berikut: (2)Dari hasil sampling pekerjaan didapatkan jumlah pengamatan selama 2 (dua) hari berjumlah 180 pengamatan. Dari hasil persentase produktif operator pemasangan kaos kaki sebesar 89,44%. (3)Nilai beban kerja fisik untuk operator pemasangan kaos kaki sebesar 1,31, dengan faktor penyesuaian 1,14, faktor kelonggaran 30%.Oleh karena itu perlu perbaikan metode kerja pada proses pemasangan kaos kaki. (4)Setelah melakukan perbaikan metode kerja didapatkan penurunan waktu proses dari 480 detik menjadi 240 detik.Keywords: work sampling, beban fisik kerja. |
