Abstract. This company is a home industry company engaged in the garment industry producing bags called KABOA. This home industry is located on Jl Graha Ciwastra in Bandung City. The nature of the production of this home industry is make to stock and make to order. The production process in making this bag consists of the process of measuring and polishing, cutting, printing, sewing, and finally finishing / packing. Based on the results of the initial research interviews, the operators at the sablonan work station obtained the most complaints of pain felt after work compared to the operators at other work stations. At work stations, screen printing operators work with standing, bending, neck bending and dynamically moving hands. The method used to make improvements using the Nordic Body Map and WERA methods. The Nordic Body Map questionnaire aims to find out the body parts of workers who feel sick after doing their work. The WERA method is a useful method for assessing the risk factors that occur when doing work in this case, namely assessing the risk of work in the screen printing process. The results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, showed that the two operators had a sore feeling in the neck and felt aches, pain in the back and legs. The results of the identification of work risks using the WERA method show a final score of 28-32, this shows that the work done is at risk of injury to the operator so that further action is needed to minimize the amount of work risk. Improvements made to minimize these risks are by designing afdruk work desks in accordance with the operator's needs on the screen printing work station using the Anthropometry method. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan home industry yang bergerak di bidang garmen memproduksi tas yang bernama KABOA. Home industry ini berlokasi di Jl Graha Ciwastra Kota Bandung. Sifat produksi dari home industry ini adalah make to stock dan make to order. Proses produksi dalam membuat tas ini terdiri dari proses pengukuran dan pemolaan, pemotongan, penyablonan, penjahitan, dan yang terakhir finishing / packing. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara penelitian awal, operator pada stasiun kerja penyablonan didapatkan paling banyak keluhan rasa sakit yang dirasakan setelah bekerja dibandingkan dengan operator pada stasiun kerja lainnya. Pada stasiun kerja penyablonan operator bekerja dengan posisi tubuh berdiri, membungkuk, leher menekuk, dan tangan yang bergerak secara dinamis. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan perbaikan menggunakan metode Nordic Body Map dan WERA. Kuesioner Nordic Body Map bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagian tubuh pada pekerja yang dirasa sakit setelah melakukan pekerjaannya. Metode WERA merupakan metode yang berguna untuk menilai faktor-faktor resiko yang terjadi pada saat melakukan pekerjaan pada kasus ini yaitu menilai resiko pekerjaan pada proses penyablonan. Hasil dari kuesioner Nordic Body Map, menunjukkan kedua operator mengalami keluhan pegal pada bagian leher dan merasakan pegal, sakit pada daerah punggung dan kaki. Hasil identifikasi resiko kerja dengan menggunakan metode WERA menunjukkan final score 28-32, ini menunjukan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan beresiko terjadinya cedera pada operator sehingga perlu dilakukannya tindakan lebih lanjut guna meminimasi besarnya resiko kerja. Perbaikan yang dilakukan guna meminimasi resiko tersebut yaitu dengan merancang meja kerja afdruk sesuai dengan kebutuhan operator pada stasiun kerja penyablonan dengan menggunakan metode Antropometri.
