dc.description Abstract. Mataharikecil is an independent organization which has open secondary school or known as SMPT Gading Regency, whereas in this school is free and intended to children who have less fortunate around Gading Regency complex in Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. This research title is "Mataharikecil Public Relations Strategy to Build Brand Awareness (Case Study about Mataharikecil Community in Bandung)". The purpose of this research is to know the benefit of using brand ambassador, social media, cooperation and socialization from Mataharikecil Public Relations. The method used in this research is qualitative with case study approach. Whereas the data to support this research is obtained through interview, observation, documentation, and literature review. The result of this research: (1) The using of brand ambassador as the representation of Mataharikecil community for publications in @kevinlln Instagram, talent content, teaching, and delivering vision and mission of this community. (2) The reason behind for choosing Kevin Liliana as brand ambassador are: passion, personality, prestation, Instagram followers, and segmentation. (3) Social media that actively being used by Mataharikecil are Instagram and Line@. The aim of using both of this social media are publications, promotion, and branding. (4) Mataharikecil been doing the collaboration with selebgram, brand, restaurant, media, community, university, and company. Public Relations prioritizes parties that provide benefit for SMPT Gading Regency. (5) Socialization conducted through seminars, CFD, by coming to prospective student parent’s houses, and word of mouth.Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Social Media, Cooperation, Socialization.Abstrak. Mataharikecil merupakan organisasi mandiri yang memiliki sekolah menengah pertama terbuka atau dikenal dengan SMPT Gading Regency, dimana sekolah ini gratis dan ditujukan untuk anak – anak kurang mampu disekitar komplek Gading Regency yang bertempat di Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Public Relations Mataharikecil dalam Membangun Brand Awareness (Studi Kasus tentang Komunitas Mataharikecil di Kota Bandung)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan brand ambassador, media sosial, kerjasama dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Public Relations Mataharikecil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sedangkan data untuk menunjang penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pemanfaatan brand ambassador sebagai representasi Mataharikecil untuk publikasi di Instagram @kevinlln, talent content, mengajar, dan menyampaikan visi misi komunitas. (2) Alasan memilih Kevin Liliana: passion, personality, prestasi, followers Instagram, dan segmentasi. (3) Media sosial yang aktif digunakan, yaitu Instagram dan Line@ sebagai media publikasi, promosi, dan branding. (4) Mataharikecil melakukan kerjasama dengan selebgram, brand, restoran, media, komunitas, universitas, dan perusahaan. Public Relations mengutamakan pihak yang memberikan benefit untuk SMPT Gading Regency. (5) Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui kegiatan seminar, car free day, rumah calon orang tua murid, dan word of mouth.Kata Kunci: Brand Ambassador, Media Sosial, Kerjasama, Sosialisasi.
