dc.description Depart from the relationship with public relations PT. Net Mediatama Indonesia in drafting a public relations plan for its leading public relations program that is Jurnalis Citizen in achieving the active participation of the community that responds to the competition from business actors namely Citizen Journal journalist, also in addressing the phenomenon about citizen journalist activities in Indonesia And also in meeting the needs of the community in information , To invite people to want to join in information disclosure. Public relations PT. Net Mediatama Indonesia created a special training workshop for the Net CJ program called Net CJ Camp 3.0 which was conducted in Camp Hulu Cai Bogor for 3 days 2 nights. The purpose of this research is to find out the reason of marketing public relations plan of Net Citizen Journalist program, to know how situation analysis, goal setting, strategy setting, message setting, target setting, marketing public relations program planning tactics Net Citizen Journalist program and to find out evaluation result from marketing public relations plan of Net Citizen Journalist program. The method used is qualitative with case study approach through data analysis technique. Primary data is done by conducting in-depth interviews with resource persons authorized to conduct marketing public relations planning of Net Citizen Journalist program and also one of the representatives of Net CJ members. While the secondary data used as supporting the writing of this thesis is documentation, participant observation, field notes, library research, and online data tracking. Based on the results of research conducted by the author in the field, it can be concluded that public relations PT. Net Mediatama Indonesia conducts marketing public relations planning with Whalen's 7 Step Strategic Planning Process marketing concepts covering situation analysis, goal setting, strategy setting, target setting, message setting, tactical determination and evaluation results.
dc.description Berangkat dari latar belakang masalah yang berhubungan dengan usaha public relations PT. Net Mediatama Indonesia dalam membuat perencanaan marketing public relations program unggulannya yaitu Net Citizen Journalist dalam meraih partisipasi aktif masyarakat sehubungan menyikapi persaingan dari pesaing utama yaitu perusahaan stasiun televisi yang memiliki program sejenis dengan Net Citizen Journalist, juga dalam menyikapi adanya fenomena mengenai kegiatan citizen journalist di Indonesia dan juga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi, hingga mengajak masyarakat untuk mau bergabung dalam menyampaikan informasi. Public relations PT. Net Mediatama Indonesia membuat sebuah event workshop pelatihan khusus untuk program Net CJ yang diberi nama Net CJ Camp 3.0 yang dilakukan di Camp Hulu Cai Bogor selama 3 hari 2 malam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alasan dilakukan perencanaan  marketing public relations program Net Citizen Journalist, untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis situasi, penetapan tujuan, penetapan strategi, penetapan pesan, penetapan target, penetapan taktik perencanaan marketing public relations program Net Citizen Journalist dan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi dari perencanaan marketing public relations program Net Citizen Journalist. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui teknik analisis data. Data primer yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara melakukan wawancara yang mendalam (depth interview) dengan narasumber yang berwenang untuk melakukan perencanaan marketing public relations program Net Citizen Journalist dan juga salah seorang perwakilan anggota Net CJ. Sedangkan data sekunder yang digunakan sebagai pendukung penulisan skripsi ini adalah dokumentasi, pengamatan berperan serta, catatan lapangan, riset kepustakaan, dan penelusuran data online. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dilapangan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa public relations PT. Net Mediatama Indonesia melakukan perencanaan marketing public relations dengan konsep marketing public relations Whalen’s 7 Step Strategic Planning Process yang meliputi analisis situasi, penetapan tujuan, penetapan strategi, penetapan target, penetapan pesan, penetapan taktik dan hasil evaluasi.
