Abstract. Good corporate conditions will attract investors to invest their capital to increase the value of the corporate, this will not be achieved if the management within the corporate is not correct. Good Corporate Governance is a system used to organize, direct, manage and control the corporate for the sake of othe fundamentals that can improve the performance of the corporate. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the implementation of good corporate governance an environmental perpormace to corporate’s performance on mining corporate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and follow the assessment of corporate performance rating program in environmental management (PROPER) year 2010-2015. The method used in this research is verifikatif with quamtitative approach. The sample was chosen using purposing sampling technique. Hypothesis testing used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the good corporate governance affect the corporate’s performance, but the result of this study show that environmental performance does not affect the corporate’s performance.Keywords : Corporate Performance, Enviromental Performance, Good Corporate Governance Abstrak. Kondisi perusahaan yang baik akan menarik para investor untuk menanamkan modal mereka sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, hal ini tidak akan tercapai apabila pengelolaan didalam perusahaan tidak benar. Good Corporate Governance adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengatur, mengarahkan, mengelola dan mengendalikan perusahaan demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan, kinerja lingkungan perusahaan juga merupakan salah satu faktor fundamental lainnya yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mengikuti penilaian Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (PROPER) tahun 2010-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data skunder. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, tetapi hasi penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata kunci : Kinerja Lingkungan, Kinerja Perusahaan, Penerapan Good Corporate Governance |
