Abstract. CV Jaya Harja is a company engaged in makloon services or convection services, which convert raw materials into finished goods in accordance with consumer demand. Problems faced by companies that benyaknya dual function that occurs, there is no supervision from the owners of the activities that occur in the company, the sale, production, purchasing, and finance there is no record that support the company's operational activities, and there are no reports in each section to report to the owner of the company, there is no warehouse function to manage raw materials and finished goods. The purpose of designing information systems in this company is to improve the control of the company in order for the operational process to be effective and efficient. The method used in the design made by the author is the method FAST (Framework For Application Of System Technique), so the end result of the development of this system is well structured and clear. The design result made by the author is the design of information systems for the sales, production, purchasing, warehouses, and finance to support the company's activities and design input, process, output, integrated with database and interface designed by the author who will improve the quality of information systems and objectives company can be reached with maximumKeywords: Design, FAST Method, Information SystemAbstrak. CV Jaya Harja merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa makloon atau jasa konveksi, yang mengubah bahan baku menjadi barang jadi sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan yaitu banyaknya rangkap fungsi yang terjadi, tidak ada pengawasan dari pemilik atas aktivitas yang terjadi di perusahaan, bagian penjualan, produksi, pembelian, dan keuangan tidak ada pencatatan yang menunjang aktivitas operasional perusahaan ,serta tidak ada laporan disetiap bagian untuk dilaporkan kepada pemilik perusahaan, tidak ada fungsi gudang untuk mengelola bahan baku dan barang jadi. Tujuan dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi di perusahaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengendalian diperusahaans erta agar proses operasional menjadi efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan yang dibuat oleh penulis adalah metode FAST (Framework For Application Of System Technique), sehingga hasil akhir dari pengembangan sistem ini terstruktur dengan baik dan jelas. Hasil perancangan yang dibuat penulis adalah perancangan sistem informasi untuk bagian penjualan, produksi, pembelian, gudang, dan keuangan untuk menunjang aktivitas perusahaan beserta rancangan input, proses, output, yang terintegrasi dengan database serta interface yang dirancang penulis yang akan meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi dan tujuan perusahaan bisa tercapai dengan maksimal.Kata Kunci : Metode FAST,Perancangan, Sistem Informasi |
