Abstract. Taxi conventional industry is one of a means of public transportation popular in many the world. But with technologies now public transport especially taxi having new conventional competitors. Namely the emergence of transport online that easy out access by the smartphone. The emergence of new competitors could hinder financial performance conventional taxi that will affect poorer on corporate profits. This study attempts to know whether there is a difference in the company financial performance in the conventional taxi use the financial ratio. The research results show that ratio which is used paired trial on sample t-test that is the ratio of CR shows differences in seen from 0.079 < 0.1 , and testing the ratio which the use that is the ratio of ROA wilcoxon test had show there was a gap in seen from 0.609 > 0.1 , the ratio of DER had show there was a gap in seen from 0.233 > 0.1,  and the ratio of EPS exhibit no there was a gap in the program is viewed from 0.233 > 0.1. Keywords : Financial Performances, Ratio analysis, Blue Bird, Express Transindo, Zebra NusantaraAbstrak. Industri taksi konvensional adalah salah satu sarana transportasi publik yang digemari banyak masyarakat dunia. Namun dengan kecanggihan teknologi sekarang ini transportasi publik khususnya taksi konvensional memiliki pesaing baru. Yaitu munculnya sarana transportasi online yang mudah di akses dengan smartphone. Munculnya pesaing baru dikhawatirkan akan menghambat kinerja keuangan taksi konvensional sehingga dapat berpengaruh buruk pada keuntungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada industri taksi konvensional menggunakan rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio yang digunakan pada uji Paired Sample T-test yaitu rasio CR menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dilihat dari 0.079 < 0.1, dan pengujian rasio yang menggunakan uji Wilcoxon yaitu  rasio ROA menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan dilihat dari 0.609 > 0.1, rasio DER menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan dilihat dari 0.233 > 0.1, dan rasio EPS menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan dilihat dari 0.233 > 0.1Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Analisis Rasio Keuangan, Blue Bird, Express Transindo, Zebra Nusantara.
