Pengaruh Konflik Peran dan Stress Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Giggle Box Café & Resto Ciwalk Bandung

dc.description Abstract.Through this research the objectives raised are to find out the role conflict conditions and work stress, assess how the employee's performance, and analyze how the influence of role conflict and work stress on employee performance. This research was conducted at one of the Outlet Branches of CV. Karya Terang Perdana, which is engaged in food and beverages, namely Giggle Box Café & Resto Ciwalk Bandung since 2010. The research method used in the form of descriptive analysis and verification that processing data using the help of SPSS 24 for Windows. The sampling method using the sampling technique used in this study is census sampling. With the number of respondents as many as 31 employees from all Giggle Box Café & Resto employees at Ciwalk Bandung. The independent variables studied in the study are Role Conflict (X1) and Job Stress (X2) while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The results of this study conclude that: 1) Variable Role Conflict is included in the category of Enough which means there is an influence on employee performance. 2) Work Stress Variables are included in the category enough which means there is an influence on employee performance. 3) Employee Performance Variables are included in the high category which means there is no significant impact on employees. 4) Effect of Role Conflict variables of 44.8%. 5) Variable effect of Job Stress by 41.1%. 6) Variable Role and Job Stress Simultaneously has the effect of 41.2% on Employee Performance 7) Variable Roles and Job Stress Variables have an influence on Employee Performance at Giggle Box Café & Resto Ciwalk Bandung. Melalui penelitian ini tujuan yang diangkat yaitu  untuk mengetahui kondisi konflik peran dan stress kerja, mengkaji bagaimana kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari konflik peran dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu Cabang Outlet CV.Karya Terang Perdana yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman yaitu Giggle Box Café & Resto Ciwalk Bandung sejak tahun 2010. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24 for windows. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang karyawan dari seluruh karyawan Giggle Box Café & Resto di Ciwalk Bandung. Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian berupa Konflik Peran (X1) dan Stress Kerja (X2) sedangkan untuk variabel terikat berupa Kinerja Karyawan (Y). pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Konflik Peran termasuk dalam kategori Cukup yang berarti terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Variabel Stres Kerja termasuk dalam kategori cukup yang berarti terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Variabel Kinerja Karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap karyawan. 4) Pengaruh variabel Konflik Peran sebesar 44,8%. 5) Pengaruh variabel Stress Kerja sebesar 41,1%. 6) Variabel Konflik Peran dan Stress Kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh 41,2% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 7) Variabel Konflik Peran dan Stress Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Giggle Box Café & Resto Ciwalk Bandung.Kata Kunci : Konflik Peran , Stress Kerja , Kinerja Karyawan
