Abstract. The purpose of this research is to know the level of work motivation, discipline of work and productivity of the employees of PT Bandung Lumampah Balad Solutions . As well as to seek influence amongthe working motivation, discipline work against employee productivity in PT Soluli Balad Lumampah Bandung. This research was carried out in PT Soluli Balad Lumampah Bandung. The research method used is Descriptive Analysis by using path analysis, and mengorperasikan calculations using the SPSS program for windows 20.0.The method used is survey research methods and sampling techniques the sample withdrawal is saturated. Respondents to this study were employees of PT Solusi Balad Lumampah Bandung totalling 36 persons. The results of this research are as follows: 1) the level of employee motivation PT Soluli Balad Lumampah Bandung.felt still low with an average 85.2 (45.5%); 2) level employee discipline PT Soluli Balad Lumampah Bandung.said already high with average 93.45 (53.2%); 3) the level of employee productivity PT Soluli Balad Lumampah Bandunglow with an average of 87.75; 4) Motivated partially positive and significant effect against productivity; 5) Discipline work in a positive and significant effect of partial to productivity; 6) work Motivation and discipline work simultaneously positive and significant effect.The conclusion from this study is there is influence between work motivation and discipline work against employee productivity in PT Soluli Balad Lumampah Bandung.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Productivity.Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan produktivitas karyawan di PT Solusi Balad Lumampah Bandung. Serta untuk mencari pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Solusi Balad Lumampah Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Solusi Balad Lumampah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Analisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur, dan mengorperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 20,0 for windows. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey dan teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Solusi Balad Lumampah Bandung yang berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Tingkat motivasi kerja karyawan PT Solusi Balad Lumampah dirasakan masih rendah dengan rata rata 85,2 (45,5%); 2) Tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan PT Solusi Balad Lumampah dikatakan sudah tinggi dengan rata rata 93,45 (53,2%) ; 3) Tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Solusi Balad Lumampah rendah dengan rata-rata 87,75;4) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas ;5) Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas;6) Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT Solusi balad Lumampah Bandung.Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja , Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja. |
