Abstract. Anxiety is a hobby or anxiety. Boasting things that are not clear and cannot replace yourself. Anxiety itself can be experienced by medical students. The anxiety generally arises when students start various exams. One of the tests that must be carried out by students is Examination of the Objective Structure of Clinical Examination (OSCE). This study aims to determine the level of error in fourth-grade students of the Faculty of Medicine, Bandung Islamic University in the face of the OSCE exam. The sample in this study were fourth-grade students of the Faculty of Medicine, Bandung Islamic University in 2017/2018 who met the inclusion criteria of 131 people. The research method used is descriptive. The instrument used was the Hamilton questionnaire HARS anxiety assessment scale, with a random sampling method. Data were analyzed by statistical analysis. The results of research that show the incidence rate in OSCE are mostly moderate (32.2%), experience in students is 23 years (58.2%) and female gender (76.0%). OSCE is the determination of graduation for IV level students of Bandung Islamic University which can become stressors triggering anxiety to respondents.Key words: HARS, OSCE, emotional level Abstrak. Kecemasan adalah suatu kekhawatiran atau kegelisahan terhadap suatu hal yang tidak jelas dan bersifat dapat merugikan diri sendiri. Kecemasan sendiri dapat dialami oleh mahasiswa kedokteran. Kecemasan tersebut pada umumnya muncul saat mahasiswa menghadapi berbagai ujian. Salah satu ujian yang harus dihadapi oleh mahasiswa kedokteran adalah ujian Objective Structure Clinical Examination (OSCE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa tingkat IV Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Bandung dalam menghadapi ujian OSCE. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat IV Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Bandung tahun 2017/2018 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 131 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif untuk menggambarkan tingkat kecemasan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Halmilton anxiety rating scale HARS, dengan metode random sampling. data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasill penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa dalam menghadapi ujian OSCE sebagian besar termasuk sedang (32,2%), karakteristik usia pada mahasiswa adalah usia 23 tahun (58,2%) dan jenis kelamin perempuan (76,0%). OSCE merupakan penentuan kelulusan bagi mahasiswa tingkat IV Universitas Islam Bandung yang dapat menjadi stressor pencetus kecemasan kepada responden.Kata Kunci : HARS, OSCE, tingkat kecemasan
