Abstract. The Company was established with the aim to make a profit for the business continuity of companies with large size and small profits can predict the movement of the com           pany's value in the future, making the company's corporate image, builds through social activities and enhance corporate governance so as to invite investors to invest in the company. This study aims to explain how the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility, and the application of good corporate governance to enhance corporate value. This research uses descriptive method verification of source data used are secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used were documentation. These results indicate that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility has an influence on the value of the company, is possible due to the company's disclosure of corporate social responsibility will increase the value of companies, in which the investor or prospective investor gave a good response to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. While the application of corporate governance either do not affect the value of the company, was possible because the number of councils that are not in accordance with regulations to implement the mechanism of corporate governance good and its implementation have not been applied by the company in full compliance with the principles of good corporate governance or the practice of good corporate governance conducted by the firm only a formality.Keywords: disclosure of corporate social responsibility, implementation of good corporate governance, the value of the companyAbstrak. Perusahaan didirikan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh laba bagi keberlanjutan usaha perusahaan dengan ukuran besar dan kecil laba dapat memprediksi pergerakan nilai perusahaan dimasa yang akan datang, menjadikan perusahaan mambangun citra perusahaan melalui kegiatan sosial dan meningkatkan tata kelola perusahaan sehingga mengundang investor untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan seberapa besarnya pengaruh pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan  adalah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dimungkinkan terjadi karena dengan perusahaan melakukan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan akan menaikan nilai perusahaan, dimana para investor atau calon investor memberi tanggapan yang baik terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Sedankan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dimungkinkan terjadi karena jumlah beberapa dewan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan untuk melaksanakan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan implementasinya belum diterapkan oleh perusahaan secara penuh sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik atau praktik tata kelola perusahaan yang baik yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan hanya sebatas formalitas.Kata kunci : penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, nilai perusahaan
