Abstract. Compensation Level and work motivation can improve employee performance, the higher the performance of employees, the greater the potential of achieving company goals. The phenomenon that occurs at PT PLN shows that employee performance is not good due to lack of compensation levels, as well as employee motivation. This study aims to determine the level of compensation, work motivation, employee performance, and determine the effect of compensation levels on employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance of PT PLN TJBT in Bandung. This research uses a verification method with a quantitative1approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT PLN TJBT inc the city of Bandung.Hypothesis testing oN thiis study uses statistical techniques,inamely kpath0analysis.Hypothesis testing results indicate that the level of compensation, workmotivation at PT PLN TJBT has been implemented well, while the level of compensation has an effect on employee,performance, work motivation has an effect on perfomance employee 1and the leve1 of comp3nsation and worrk motivatiion has an effect on employee performance.Keywords:Employee Performance,Work motivation, Levelof CompensationnAbstrak.Tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, semakin tingginya kinerja karyawan maka potensi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan pun semakin besar. Fenomena yang terjadi pada PT PLN menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan belum baik disebabkan kurangnya tingkat kompensasi, serta motivasi para karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompensasi,motivasi kerja,dan kinerja karyawan serta mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN Transmisi Jawa Bagian Tengah di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatid. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan PT PLN Transmisi Jawa Bagian Tengah di Kota Bandung. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik yaitu analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompensasi, motivasi kerja di PT PLN Transmisi Jawa Bagian Tengah sudah diterapkan dengan baik, sedangkan tingkat kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan,Motivasi Kerja,Tingkat Kompensasi |
