Abstract. This research begins with a phenomenon that occurs in companies that do not implement Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of this study is to find out that Corporate Social Responsibility influences Company Value and Corporate Social Responsibility influences Company Value with Profitability as a Moderating Variable, in Mining Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Peridoe Year 2014-2016. In this study using data analysis techniques verification method with quantitative approach. While hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression, R Test, F Test, and t Test. The sample of this study is the annual report of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2014-2016. The technique used in the sample is to obtain data using a non-probability sampling method with the type of purposive sampling. There were 40 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2016 period. Only 11 companies reached the criteria for the study sample. The results of this study are Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has no effect on Company Value and Profitability Level is not able to moderate the Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Corporate Value.Keywords: CSR Disclosure, Company Value, and Level of Profitability as Moderating Variables.Abstrak. Penelitian ini berawal dari fenomena yang terjadi pada perusahaan yang tidak mengimplementasikan Corporate Social Responsibility. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Tingkat Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Moderating, pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI Peridoe Tahun 2014-2016. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data metode verifikatif dengen pendekatan kuantitatif . Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji R, Uji F, dan Uji t. Sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI untuk tahun 2014 – 2016. Teknik yang digunakan pada sampel untuk mendapatkan data dengan metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Terdapat 40 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2014-2016. Perusahaan yang mencapai sesuai dengan kriteria sampel penelitian hanya berjumlah 11 perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Tingkat Profitabilitas tidak mampu memoderasi Pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Kata kunci : Pengungkapan CSR, Nilai Perusahaan, dan Tingkat Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Moderating. |
