Abstract. Basically Indonesia is a country where most of the economic life of its people is based on family principles. One example of an economy based on the family principles is cooperatives. BPI Citizens' Consumer Trust Cooperative (KKAW BPI) is a business entity whose aim is to improve the welfare of Members by organizing activities that utilize and utilize the members' economic resources. Cooperative activities in the form of savings and loans. From the results of the analysis conducted at KKAW BPI, it shows that the management of the Information System is not optimal. Recording is still done manually, documents are incomplete and the division of jobdesk is still unclear. Based on this, it is necessary to develop an appropriate Information System system model so that it can be applied to KKAW BPI. The system development method used is descriptive with the FAST (Framewok for The Application of System Technique) method and citing the System Development stage, also using JAD (Joint Application Development) data collection techniques and additional tools and techniques that make it easier for writers to carry out system development activities, so that it can produce an effective and efficient information system design that can be applied to the BPI Citizens' Consumer Trust Cooperative. The advantages of the system designed are documents that are tailored to their needs, as well as the use of a database that can help all operational activities of the BPI Citizens' Consumer Trust Cooperative in order to produce effective, relevant and valid information.Keywords: Information system, Cooperative, BPI Abstrak. Pada dasarnya Indonesia merupakan negara dimana sebagian besar kehidupan ekonomi masyarakatnya berdasarkan pada asas kekeluargaan. Salah satu contoh perekonomian berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan ialah koperasi. Koperasi Konsumen Amanah Warga Badan Perguruan Indonesia (KKAW BPI) merupakan Badan usaha yang memiliki tujuan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan Anggota dengan kegiatannya yang mengorganisir pemanfaatan dan pendayagunaan sumber daya ekonomi para anggota. Kegiatan koperasi berupa simpan pinjam. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada KKAW BPI, menunjukan pengelolaan Sistem Informasi yang belum optimal. Pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual, dokumen yang kurang lengkap dan pembagian jobdesk masih belum jelas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan pengembangan model sistem Sistem Informasi yang sesuai agar dapat diterapkan pada KKAW BPI. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dengan metode FAST (Framewok for The Application of System Technique) dan mengutip tahap System Development, juga menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data JAD (Joint Application Development) serta tambahan alat dan teknik yang memudahkan penulis dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan sistem, sehingga dapat menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien guna dapat diterapkan pada Koperasi Konsumen Amanah Warga BPI. Adapun keunggulan sistem yang dirancang adalah dokumen-dokumen yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhannya, serta penggunaan database yang dapat membantu seluruh kegiatan operasional Koperasi Konsumen Amanah Warga BPI agar dapat menghasilkan informasi yang efisien, efektif, relevan juga valid.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Koperasi, BPI. |
