Abstract. The application of good university governance and organizational culture can improve organizational performance. The higher the organizational performance, the greater the potential for achieving organizational goals. The phenomenon that occurs in private universities in the city of Bandung shows that the lack of good governance is implemented resulting in private universities failing to compete with other private universities, besides that there is a lot of decline in accreditation at private universities because it has a bad culture. This study aims to be able to explain the application of good university governance and organizational culture to organizational performance in Units of A and B Accredited Private Institutions in Bandung and be able to explain the effect of the application of good university governance and organizational culture on organizational performance in units A and B Accredited Private Institutions in Bandung. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study is the primary source. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires. The population of this research is the A and B Accredited Private University (PTS) Units in West Java. The sample in this study were 32 PTS Units Accredited A and B in the City of Bandung. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. Hypothesis testing shows that the application of good university governance affects organizational performance and organizational culture influences organizational performance.Keywords: implementation of good university governance, organizational culture performance organization.Abstrak. Penerapan good university governance dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Semakin tinggi kinerja organisasi maka potensi tercapai tujuan organisasi pun semakin besar pula. Fenomena yang terjadi pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Bandung menunjukan bahwa kurang diterapkannya tata kelola yang baik mengakibatkan perguruan tinggi swasta kalah bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi swasta lainya, selain itu banyak terjadi penurunan akreditasi pada perguruan tinggi swasta karena memiliki budaya yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mampu menjelaskan penerapan good university governance dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Unit-unit Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Kota Bandung serta mampu menjelaskan pengaruh penerapan good university governance dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Unit-unit Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Kota Bandung . Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sumber primer. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Unit-unit Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Jawa Barat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 32 Unit-unit PTS yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Kota Bandung. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa penerapan good university governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi.Kata kunci: penerapan good university governance, budaya organisasi, kinerja organisasi. |
