Abstract. One way to find out how efficient and effective a company is in conducting it’s operations can be seen from operating profits. Operating Income measures the performance of fundamental business operations carried out by a company and is derived from gross profit less operating expenses. Good corporate earnings growth reflects that the company’s performance is also good. This study aims to look at the effect of istishna’ pararel income and personalia costs on operating profit. The variable used is istishna’ pararel income, which is income from thr difference in price deferred from a sale and purchase transaction that states the acquisition price. Personalia expense are costs incurred during the period 2012-2019. Operating profit is income or profit that comes from all the main activities of the company in a certain period of time. The analysis in this study used the test method of multiple regression analysis, t analysis (partial), and F test analysis (simultaneous). The results of the study show that istishna’ pararel income has a positive effect on operating income, while the personalia expense burden has a negative effect on operating profit.Keywords: Istishna’ Pararel Income, Personalia Expense, Operating incomeAbstrak. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui seberapa efisien dan efektif perusahaan dalam melakukan aktivitas operasinya, dapat dilihat dari laba operasi. Laba operasi mengukur kinerja operasi bisnis fundamental yang dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan dan didapat dari laba kotor dikurangi beban operasi. Pertumbuhan laba perusahaan yang baik mencerminkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan juga baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihal pengaruh pedapatan istishna’ pararel dan biaya personalia dari selisih harga yang ditangguhkan atas transaksi jual beli yang menyatakan harga perolehannya. Biaya Personalia adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan selama periode tahun 2012-2019. Laba Operasional adalah pendapatan atau keuntungan yang berasal dari seluruh kegiatan utama peusahaan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji t (parsial), dan analisis uji F (simultan). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan pendapatan istishna’ pararel berpengaruh positif terhadap laba operasional, sedangkan biaya personalia berpengaruh negative terhadap laba operasional.Kata kunci: Pendapatan Istishna’ Pararel, Biaya Personalia, Laba Operasional
