dc.description Abstract. This study aims to determine how the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Long Jhon Indonesia. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and work motivation as independent variables. Employee performance as the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Long Jhon Indonesia. sample determination technique in this study is probability sampling technique that is 68 employees. The results of the study show that work discipline at PT. Long Jhon Indonesia is considered good. Motivation at PT. Long Jhon Indonesia is considered good. Employee Performance at PT. Long Jhon Indonesia is considered good. Variables of Work Discipline and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Long Jhon Indonesia based on the test results of the coefficient of determination. Simultaneous test results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that work discipline and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Long Jhon Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel independen. Kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Long Jhon Indonesia. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling yaitu 68 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja pada PT. Long Jhon Indonesia dianggap baik. Motivasi di PT. Long Jhon Indonesia dianggap baik. Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Long Jhon Indonesia dianggap baik. Variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Long Jhon Indonesia berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Long Jhon IndonesiaKata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja.
