Abstract. This research is done on the basis of the phenomenon about the performance of teachers in high school space namely lack of teachers in the evaluation of learning, The lack of acting openly and optimistically, and lack of confidence running the work with the whole heart. Desky Research (2014) expressed a positive and significant influence between the Islamic work ethic and the transformational style of leadership that affects employees' performance. The research methods used are descriptive and verficative analysis and operate the calculations using the SPSS 20.0 program. The method used is the saturated sampling technique carried out by spreading the questionnaire to 54 respondents from the 54 population. Questionnaires and observations were used as data collection tools in research. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant positive influence between the transformational leadership style and the Islamic work ethic on the teacher performance at SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung.Keywords: Islamic Work Ethic, Transformational Leadership Style, Teacher PerformanceAbstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar fenomena tentang kinerja guru di SMA Angkasa yaitu kurangnya para guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran, kurangnya bertindak secara terbuka dan optimis, dan kurangnya keyakinan menjalankan pekerjaan dengan seluruh hati. Penelitian Desky (2014) menyatakan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara etos kerja islami dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verfikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 20.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 54 responden dari 54 populasi. Kuesioner dan observasi digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Etos Kerja Islami Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung.Kata kunci: Etos Kerja Islami, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional,Kinerja Guru |
