Abstract. The growing Muslim population has an impact on the need for Halal consumption. Halal is not just a product, but like a travel service. The tourism industry business continues to grow. There is a concept in the developing tourism industry, namely Halal tourism as an alternative in the tourism industry. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest Muslim population, so regions in Indonesia have begun to develop the concept of Halal tourism to increase tourists. West Java is a province that has tourism potential. Next also Kab. Garut, because it has demographic support. But there are problems offered by tourism managers, so we need a design or a concept of Halal tourism to increase tourist visits to the district.Research Objectives 1) Identifying businesses (products, services and management) undertaken by tourism managers to apply the concept of Halal Tourism; 2) Propose and develop the concept of Halal Tourism in Garut Regency. The assessment of the tourism aspect is on attractions, hotels, and restaurants based on ministry regulations regarding the concept of Halal tourism with variables (products, services, and management).The results of the study use the fuzzy logic method with the Matlab application to weight values, so that it can rank the aspects of tourism that can be adjusted to the needs of Muslim tourists, so that they can design alternative trips as a description of Halal tourism in Kab. Garut.Keywords: Halal Supply Chain Management, Halal Tourism, Fuzzy Logic.Abstrak. Populasi muslim yang semakin berkembang, berdampak pada kebutuhan akan konsumsi Halal. Halal bukan hanya produk, melainkan seperti jasa travel. Bisnis industri pariwisata terus berkembang. Terdapat konsep dalam industri pariwisata yang sedang berkembang, yakni Halal tourism sebagai alternatif dalam industri pariwisata. Indonesia.adalah salah satu negara yang memiliki populasi muslim terbesar, sehingga daerah di Indonesia mulai mengembangkan konsep Halal tourism untuk meningkatkan wisatawan. Jawa Barat adalah provinsi yang memiliki potensi wisata. Berikut juga Kab. Garut, karena memiliki demografi yang mendukung. Namun terdapat masalah yang ditawarkan oleh pengelola pariwisata, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu perancangan atau usulan konsep Halal tourism untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisata ke Kab. Garut.Tujuan penelitian 1) Mengidentifikasi usaha (produk, pelayanan dan pengelolaan) yang dilakukan pengelola wisata untuk menerapkan konsep Halal Tourism; 2) Mengusulkan dan mengembangkan konsep Halal Tourism di Kabupaten Garut. Penilaian terhadap aspek pariwisata yaitu pada objek wisata, hotel, dan restaurant berdasarkan peraturan kementrian mengenai konsep Halal tourism dengan variabel (produk, pelayanan, dan pengelolaan).Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode fuzzy logic dengan aplikasi Matlab untuk membobot nilai, sehingga dapat meranking aspek pariwisata yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan wisatawan muslim, sehingga dapat merancang perjalanan alternatif sebagai gambaran pariwisata Halal di Kab.
