Abstract. This thesis aims to find out about the protection of the rights of women workers, especially those who work late at night in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 13 of 2003 and Maqoshid Syari'ah. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data source in this study comes from field data, namely the staff who work at the penmad. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources from this research are sourced from books and journals related to the Labor Law No. 13 of 2003 and Maqoshid Syari'ah. Furthermore, the data collection methods used in this study were observation and interview methods.From this research, it is found that the rights of women workers that have been carried out by the Ministry of Religion of the City of Bandung are: First, in the Manpower Act No. 13 of 2003 the rights of women workers are not fully granted or implemented by the company, such as the absence of a special shuttle facility for female employees who come home late at night and do not get menstrual leave. Second, in the maqoshid sharia, seen from the 5 principles of "hifdzu din, hifdzu nafs, hifdzu aql, hifdzu mal and hifdzu nasab" it can destroy these 5 principles because these female workers are very fatal for themselves. Meanwhile, according to Syatibi defines "In fact, syari'ah aims to realize the benefit of mankind in the world and the hereafter".Keywords: Women's Workers' Rights, Labor Law No. 13 of 2003, Maqoshid Shariah.Abstrak. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang perlindungan hak-hak pekerja wanita khususnya yang bekerja hingga larut malam sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003 serta Maqoshid Syari’ah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data lapangan yaitu para staff yang bekerja di penmad tersebut. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder dari penelitian ini bersumber dari buku-buku maupun jurnal yang berkaitan dengan UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003 dan Maqoshid Syari’ah. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara.Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa hak-hak pekerja wanita yang sudah dilakukan oleh Kementrian Agama Kota  Bandung yaitu: Pertama, dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003 hak-hak pekerja wanita tidak diberikan atau diterapkan secara utuh oleh pihak perusahaan tersebut seperti tidak adanya fasilitas antar jemput khusus karyawan wanita yang pulang larut malam dan tidak mendapatkan cuti haid. Kedua, didalam maqoshid syariah dilihat dari 5 prinsip “hifdzu din, hifdzu nafs, hifdzu aql, hifdzu mal dan hifdzu nasab” dapat merusak ke 5 prinsip tersebut karena pekerja wanita tersebut sangat berakibat fatal bagi dirinya sendiri. Sedangkan menurut Syatibi mendifinisikan ”Sesungguhnya syari’ah bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan manusia di dunia dan akhirat”.Kata Kunci: Hak-Hak Pekerja Wanita, Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003, Maqashid Syariah.
