Abstract. Health is a primary need to carry out its functions and roles so as to achieve prosperity, and it is the right of the community to get health services, one of which is through the Social Security System in the form of the BPJS Health program. However, in the implementation of the fulfillment of BPJS Kesehatan health rights, there are many problems such as BPJS Health participants complaining about poor health services from BPJS Kesehatan partners, and many of BPJS Kesehatan Non PBI participants are unable to pay contributions so they experience delinquency. Impact on the fulfillment of health that is not optimal.Keywords: Healthcare BPJS, Contribution Aid Recipient participants, maslahah mursalah perspective.Abstrak. Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan primer untuk menjalankan fungsi dan peranannya sehingga mampu mencapai kesejahteraan, serta menjadi hak bagi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan, Salah satunya melalui Sistem Jaminan Sosial dalam bentuk program BPJS Kesehatan. namun dalam penerapan dari pemenuhan hak kesehatan BPJS Kesehatan tersebut banyak mendapati persoalan seperti dari peserta BPJS Kesehatan banyak mengeluhkan pelayanan kesehatan dari mitra BPJS Kesehatan yang kurang baik, serta banyak dari peserta BPJS Kesehatan Non PBI menjadi tidak mampu untuk melakukan pembayaran iuran sehingga mengalami penunggakan yang berdampak kepada pemenuhan kesehatan yang tidak maksimal.Kata Kunci: BPJS Kesehatan, peserta Penerima Bantuan Iuran, Perspektif Maslahah Mursalah. |
