Abstract. Open mutual fund investment is an investment that is in great demand by the wider community to get big benefits for that community. To invest in open mutual funds, the public must entrust a company that manages open mutual fund investment professionally, properly, and correctly. In managing open mutual funds investment at PT. X, there are several obstacles that make mutual fund investment open in its management. One of them is the issue of the fixed yield promise. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to determine the management of open mutual funds by PT. X , as well as to find out and explain PT. X’s responsibility for open mutual fund investment.Abstrak. Investasi reksadana terbuka adalah investasi yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat luas untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar bagi masyarakat tersebut. Untuk berinventasi reksadana terbuka tersebut masyarakat harus mempercayakan kepada Perusahaan yang mengelola investasi reksadana terbuka dengan professional, baik dan benar. Dalam pengelolaan investasi reksadana terbuka pada PT. X, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang membuat investasi reksadana terbuka dalam pengelolaannya. Salah satunya yaitu permasalahan Janji Imbal Hasil Pasti. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Investasi Reksadana Terbuka oleh PT. X, serta untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan Tanggung Jawab PT.X terhadap Investasi Reksadana Terbuka. |
