Abstract. Education is one of the government's efforts to provide intellectual enhancement so that people can compete in the human resources required by each job field. Starting from 2016, the Ministry of National Education issued regulations regarding compulsory education for a minimum of 12 years or high school equivalent. Bandung as one of the largest cities in West Java has a distinctive character education program called Bandung Masagi. There are still elementary school students who mock each other, beat each other and yell at the teacher and parents, indicating that there are still deficiencies in the character education program at the school. The purpose of this study was to see an overview of the implementation of character education in SLB B Tut Wuri Handayani. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a total of 10 respondents. Data collection was carried out using the SCCP-II (School As A Caring Community Profile-II) measuring instrument developed by Lickona and Davidson (2001) and the Respect & Responsibility School Culture Survey compiled by Davidson, Lickona, & Khmelkov (2004) which has been adapted into Indonesian (2020). The results showed that in the adult category, the high aspects were student friendship belonging, student care by faculty, student care by parent, respect and responsibility. Suggestions for further research are expected to be able to see from more subjects so that they are broader in the discussion.Keywords: Character Education, Implementation, SLBAbstrak. Pendidikan adalah salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menyediakan peningkatan intelektual sehingga masyarakat dapat bersaing dalam sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan oleh masing-masing bidang pekerjaan. Mulai dari 2016, Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional mengeluarkan peraturan mengenai pendidikan wajib selama minimal 12 tahun atau setara dengan sekolah menengah atas. Bandung sebagai salah satu kota terbesar di Jawa Barat memiliki program pendidikan karakter khas yang disebut Bandung Masagi. Masih ada siswa sekolah dasar yang saling mengejek, saling mengalahkan dan berteriak pada guru dan orang tua, menunjukkan bahwa masih ada kekurangan dalam program pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di SLB B tut wuri handayani. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan total 10 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur SCCP-II (School AS A Caring Community Profile-II) yang dikembangkan oleh Lickona dan Davidson (2001) dan penghormatan terhadap budaya sekolah tanggung jawab & disusun oleh Davidson, Lickona, & Khmelkov (2004) yang telah diadaptasi menjadi bahasa Indonesia (2020). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam kategori dewasa, aspek yang tinggi adalah persahabatan mahasiswa, perawatan mahasiswa oleh Fakultas, perawatan siswa oleh orangtua, rasa hormat dan tanggung jawab.
