Abstract. The people of East Kalimantan are said to have a harmonious background between religions. Apart from a fairly good religion, the people of East Kalimantan also have a pretty good view of education. So for students who will migrate, especially in the city of Bandung, a dormitory will be provided as a place to live. Even though they do bad behavior in their environment, they still have beliefs and values that are contained in the dimensions of religiosity. This study aims to determine the level of religiosity of overseas students who live in student dormitories in East Kalimantan. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The measuring instrument used is the CRS (The Centrality of Religiousity Scale) measuring tool which was adapted into Indonesian according to the teachings of Islam by Nurul Whardhani based on Stefan Huber five dimensions of religiosity which refers to the theory of religiosity from Glock and Stark (1962). The subjects of this study were all students from East Kalimantan who live in regional dormitories using population study techniques. The results of the study, which are based on data processing using descriptive analysis with percentage statistics, have obtained that the highest dimension is in the ideological and religious experience dimensions, respectively 12 students (100%) and have the lowest general practice of 5 students. This illustrates that students have high ideology and religious experience but have low general practices.Keywords : East Kalimantan Dormitory Students, religiosityAbstrak. Masyarakat Kalimantan Timur dikatakan sebagai masyarakat yang memiliki latar belakang yang rukun antar beragama. Selain agama yang cukup baik, masyarakat Kalimantan Timur juga memiliki pandangan akan pendidikan yang cukup baik pula. Maka bagi mahasiswa yang akan merantau khususnya di Kota Bandung akan disediakan asrama sebagai tempat tinggal. Walaupun mereka melakukan perilaku buruk dilingkungannya tersebut, mereka tetap memiliki keyakinan dan nilai-nilai yamg terdapat dalam dimensi-dimensi religiusitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat religiusitas pada mahasiswa perantau yang tinggal di asrama mahasiswa Kalimantan Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur CRS (The Centrality of Religiousity Scale) yang diadaptasi kedalam Bahasa Indonesia disesuaikan dengan ajaran agama Islam oleh Nurul Whardhani berdasarkan lima dimensi religiusitas Stefan Huber yang merujuk pada teori religiusitas dari Glock and Stark (1962). Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa asal Kalimantan Timur yang tinggal di asrama daerah dengan menggunakan teknik studi populasi. Hasil penelitian yang didasarkan pada pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan statistik presentase, telah diperoleh sebuah bahwa dimensi tertinggi terdapat pada dimensi ideologi dan dimensi pengalaman keagamaan masing-masing sebanyak 12 mahasiswa (100%) dan memiliki praktik umum terendah sebanyak 5 mahasiswa. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki ideologi dan pengalaman keagamaan yang tinggi namun memiliki praktik umum yang rendah.Kata Kunci : Mahasiswa Asrama Kalimantan Timur, Religiusitas |
