Abstract. SDN 043 Cimuncang Bandung City has implemented the Bandung Masagi Character Education Program. Bandung Masagi aims to create a generation with good character. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview regarding the implementation of character education in Elementary School 043 Cimuncang, Bandung City. The research method used is a descriptive study with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the criteria of the V and VI grade students, teachers, and parents. The sample was obtained as many as 116 participants. The measuring instruments used are the School as A Caring Community Profile - II and the Respect and Responsibility School Culture Survey which have been adapted into Indonesian. The results of this study are that student participants have the highest percentage in the Support Care by Parents aspect of 73.8% and adult participants have the highest percentage in the Support Care by Parents aspect. 83.3%. However, there are several aspects that need to be developed by the school as a caring community, including Student Shaping of Their Environment and Student Friendship Belonging.Keywords: Character Education, Respect & Responsibility, and a Caring Community.Abstrak. SDN 043 Cimuncang Kota Bandung telah menerapkan Program Pendidikan Karakter Bandung Masagi. Bandung Masagi bertujuan untuk mewujudkan generasi yang berkarakter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait implementasi pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 043 Cimuncang Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan kriteria partisipan siswa kelas V dan VI, guru, serta orangtua siswa. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 116 orang partisipan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah School as A Caring Community Profile - II dan Respect and Responsibility School Culture Survey yang telah diadaptasi kedalam bahasa Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada partisipan siswa memiliki persentase tertinggi pada aspek Support Care by Parents sebesar 73,8% dan pada partisipan dewasa memiliki persentase tertinggi pada aspek Support Care by Parents. Sebesar 83,3 %. Namun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu dikembangkan oleh sekolah sebagai komunitas peduli diantaranya Student Shaping of Their Environment dan Student Friendship Belonging.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Respek & Tanggung Jawab, dan Komunitas Peduli.
