Abstract. The number of access to pornographic content is quite high. Bandung is one of the cities with the most access to pornography and Whisper is a social media that widely used to do cybersex. Whisper users do cybersex because they don't need to involve feelings, not afraid to experience rejection and not afraid of being dumped, this behavior is their attachment style. Attachment style affects sexual experience, intimate relationships, and sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data regarding the closeness of the attachment style relationship with cybersex behavior on 138 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using correlational methods. The measuring instrument used are Experience in Close Relationship-Revised by Brennan, Clark, and Shaver (1998) adapted by Willy Steven (2019) and Internet Screening Test compiled by Delmonico (1999) adapted by researchers. The results showed that there was a weak positive relationship between attachment related avoidance and cybersex and a positive relationship with a sufficient correlation between attachment related anxiety and cybersex.Keywords: Attachment Style, Bandung, Cybersex, Cybersex Offenders, Whisper.Abstrak. Angka pengakses konten pornografi cukup tinggi. Bandung menjadi salah satu kota terbanyak pengakses pornografi dan aplikasi Whisper adalah sosial media yang banyak digunakan untuk melakukan cybersex. Pengguna Whisper melakukan cybersex karena tidak perlu melibatkan perasaan, tidak takut mengalami penolakan dan tidak takut dicampakan, perilaku tersebut merupakan attachment style yang dimiliki. Attachment style memengaruhi pengalaman seksual, intimate relationship, serta perilaku seksual. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data empiris mengenai keeratan hubungan attachment style dengan perilaku cybersex pada 138 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan metode korelasional. Alat Ukur yang digunakan adalah Experience in Close Relationship-Revised yang disusun oleh Brennan, Clark, dan Shaver (1998) yang diadaptasi oleh Willy Steven (2019) dan Internet Screening Test yang disusun oleh Delmonico (1999) yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif yang lemah antara attachment related avoidance dengan cybersex dan adanya hubungan positif dengan korelasi yang cukup antara attachment related anxiety dengan cybersex.Kata Kunci: Attachment Style, Bandung, Cybersex, Pelaku Cybersex, Whisper. |
