dc.description Abstract. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Transformational Leadership with Work Engagement on employees in the Finished Product and Distribution section of PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon. This research uses quantitative approach and data collection technique using questionaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression. Data were collected from 28 employees in Finished Product and Distribution division. The measuring instruments used are Work & Well-being Survey (UWES-17) from Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzales-Roma and Bakker, (2002) and Multifactor Leadership Quistionaire (MLQ-5X) from Bass and Avolio, (1995). The results of the study obtained R results of 0.836 and R square: 0.692, so it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive influence on work engagement of 69.2%. Transformational' leadership components that influence work engagement are inspirational motivation component of β=0.820 and intelectual Stimulation of β=0.399.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Work Engagement, Finished Product and Distribution EmployeesAbstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transformational Leadership dengan Work Engagement pada karyawan pada bagian Finished Product and Distribution PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan  teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi berganda. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 28 karyawan yang bekerja dalam divisi Finished Product and Distribution. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Work & Well-being Survey (UWES-17) yang mengacu pada teori Work Engagement dari Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzales-Roma dan Bakker, (2002) dan Multifactor Leadership Quistionaire (MLQ-5X) dari Bass dan Avolio, (1995). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan hasil R sebesar 0,836 dan R square: 0.692, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa transformational` leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement sebesar 69.2%. Komponen  transformational` leadership yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap work engagement adalah. komponen inspirational motivation sebesar β=0.820 dan intelectual Stimulation sebesar β=0.399.Kata Kunci : Transformational Leadership, Work Engagement, Karyawan Finished Product and Distribution
