Abstract. This company is a home industry company engaged in the garment producing bags called KABOA. This home industry is located on Jl Graha Ciwastra, Bandung City. The production process in making this bag consists of design, measurement and pattern, cutting, printing, sewing, and finishing / packing. Based on the results of initial research interviews, operators at cloth cutting work stations found that the most pain complaints were felt after working compared to operators at other work stations. In a fabric-cutting workplace, the operator works with the body bent, squatting, neck bent and hands moving dynamically. The method used to make improvements using the Nordic Body Map and WERA methods. The Nordic Body Map questionnaire aims to determine which body part of the worker feels pain after doing his job. The WERA method is a useful method for assessing risk factors that occur when doing work, in this case, assessing the risk of work in the fabric cutting process. The results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire show that the two permanent operators of the cloth cutting station experienced complaints in the neck and shoulders, pain in the back and legs. The results of the work risk identification using the WERA method show a final score of 32-42, this indicates that the work carried out has the risk of causing injury to the operator so that further action is needed to minimize the amount of work risk. Improvements made to minimize this risk are by designing a cloth cutting work table according to the needs of the operator in the fabric cutting workplace using the Anthropometric method. The design of the cloth cutting table has a length of 200 cm, a width of 160 cm and a height of 105 cm, equipped with 3 cloth hooks that can be adjusted to the length of the fabric to be cut and equipped with airon bearing which functions as a storage area for cloth rolls when unloading a cloth roll. The design of the cloth cutting table facility is expected to be able to eliminate the disassembly movement of the cloth roll from the floor, eliminate the activity of moving the pile of cloth from the wall to the floor, eliminate the bending and crawling position of the body when copying the fabric pattern, eliminate the squatting position when cutting cloth and the cloth cutting table is designed to be used by 2 operators.Keywords: Nordic Body Maps, Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment (WERA), Anthropometry.Abstrak. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan home industri yang bergerak dibidang garmen yang memproduksi tas bernama KABOA. Home industri ini berlokasi di Jl Graha Ciwastra, Kota Bandung. Proses produksi dalam pembuatan tas ini terdiri dari desain, pengukuran dan pola, pemotongan, pencetakan, penjahitan, hingga finishing / pengepakan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara penelitian awal, operator di stasiun kerja pemotongan kain menemukan keluhan nyeri paling banyak yang dirasakan setelah bekerja dibandingkan operator di stasiun kerja lain. Di tempat kerja pemotongan kain, operator bekerja dengan tubuh ditekuk, jongkok, leher ditekuk, dan tangan bergerak dinamis. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan perbaikan menggunakan metode Nordic Body Map dan WERA. Kuisioner Nordic Body Map bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagian tubuh mana dari pekerja yang merasa sakit setelah melakukan pekerjaannya. Metode WERA merupakan metode yang berguna untuk menilai faktor resiko yang terjadi pada saat melakukan pekerjaan dalam hal ini yaitu menilai resiko pekerjaan pada proses pemotongan kain. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map menunjukkan bahwa dua operator tetap stasiun pemotongan kain mengalami keluhan pada leher dan bahu, nyeri pada punggung dan kaki. Hasil identifikasi risiko kerja dengan metode WERA menunjukkan skor akhir 32-42, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan berisiko menimbulkan cedera pada operator sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan lebih lanjut untuk meminimalisir besarnya risiko kerja. Perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir risiko tersebut adalah dengan merancang meja kerja pemotongan kain sesuai kebutuhan operator di tempat kerja pemotongan kain dengan menggunakan metode Antropometri. Rancangan meja pemotongan kain memiliki panjang 200 cm, lebar 160 cm dan tinggi 105 cm dilengkapi dengan 3 pengait kain yang bisa disesuaikan dengan panjang susunan kain yang akan dipotong dan dilengkapi besi bearing yang berfungsi menjadi tempat penyimpanan roll kain saat melakukan pembongkaran roll kain. Perancangan fasilitas meja pemotongan kain diharapkan mampu menghilangkan gerakan pembongkaran roll kain dari lantai, menghilangkan aktivitas memindahkan tumpukan kain dari dinding ke lantai, menghilangkan posisi tubuh membungkuk dan merangkak saat menyalin pola kain, menghilangkan posisi tubuh menjongkok saat memotong kain dan meja pemotongan kain dirancang untuk digunakan oleh 2 orang operator.Kata Kunci: Nordic Body Maps, Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assesment (WERA), Antropometri. |
