dc.description Abstrak. CV.GMI is a manufacturing company that produces motor oil filters. The production process for the motor oil filter passes through several machines, one of which is a 10 ton press machine. Based on data from 2018 to 2019, the 10 ton press machine has the highest downtime, which is 262 hours. Therefore, the focus of this research is only to reduce downtime on the 10 ton press machine by implementing the TPM pillar. The results showed that the 10 ton press machine had an average value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) below the standard, namely 84.52%. The factor that affects the OEE value of the 10 ton press machine is the breakdown loss. The MTTF value is 289.67 hours and the MTTR value is 2.69 hours with a reliability level of 50.78%. Proposed repairs are made using planned maintenance pillars by making maintenance intervals. In order to maintain 90% reliability, maintenance intervals are carried out every 180 hours or around 25 working days, so as to reduce the breakdown from 121.33 hours to 24.65 hours. The maintenance frequency of the dies components increased from 19 times to 29 times, however the downtime for the maintenance of the dies components decreased from 50.73 hours to 21.75 hours. In addition, the autonomous maintenance pillar is also used by providing operator training. Warning displays and visual controls are also proposed to reduce damage. The application of visual control is expected to increase the availability value from 93.85% to 95.16%.Keywords: Autonomous Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Planned Maintenance.Abstrak. CV.GMI merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi saringan oli motor. Proses produksi saringan oli motor melewati beberapa mesin salah satunya yaitu mesin tekan 10 ton. Berdasarkan data tahun 2018 sampai 2019, mesin press 10 ton memiliki downtime tertinggi 262 jam. Oleh karena itu fokus penelitian ini hanya untuk mengurangi downtime pada mesin press 10 ton dengan menerapkan pilar TPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, mesin press 10 ton memiliki nilai rata-rata Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dibawah standar yaitu 84,52%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE mesin press 10 ton adalah breakdown loss. Nilai MTTF sebesar 289,67 jam dan nilai MTTR selama 2,69 jam dengan tingkat peningkatan sebesar 50,78%. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pilar pemeliharaan terencana dengan membuat interval pemeliharaan. Agar tetap 90%, maka interval pemeliharaannya dilakukan setiap 180 jam atau sekitar 25 hari kerja, sehingga dapat mengurangi kerusakan dari 121,33 jam menjadi 24,65 jam. Frekuensi Pemeliharaan Komponen dies Meningkat Dari 19 kali Menjadi 29 kali, akan tetapi downtime Pemeliharaan Komponen meninggal menurun Dari 50,73 jam Menjadi 21,75 jam. Selain itu digunakan juga pilar autonomous maintenance dengan membuat pelatihan operator. Tampilan peringatan dan kontrol visualjuga diusulkan untuk mengurangi kerusakan. Penerapan kontrol visual diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan nilai dari 93,85% menjadi 95,16%. Kata Kunci: Autonomous Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Planned Maintenance.
