Abstract. In this study, researchers wanted to know the effectiveness of street lighting tax and the contribution of street lighting tax to the effectiveness of local native income because there is a phenomenon that occurs, namely the decrease in PAD caused by current economic conditions, so that this study aims to find out the effect of the effectiveness of street lighting tax and the contribution of lighting tax to the effectiveness of native income of bandung area in 2015-2019. This research method using verifikative descriptive with kuaantitatif approach. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample used is five years from 2015-2019, namely by using the criteria of complete local native income data in 2015-2019 and its month, because in that year there is a phenomenon that pad decreased in 2019 and BPPD that presents a complete regional tax revenue report in 2015-2019 and its month. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with F test, t test as well as simultaneous and partial determination test. Data is processed using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the effectiveness of road lighting tax affects the effectiveness of local native income and the contribution of street lighting tax has a significant effect on the effectiveness of local native income. Advice For researchers who are interested in using the same variables and problems, it is recommended to increase the period of years in the research, in order to expand knowledge for readers.Keywords : Effectiveness of Street Lighting Tax, Distribution of Street Lighting Tax, and Effectiveness of Local Native Income Abstrak. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pajak penerangan jalan dan konstribusi pajak penerangan jalan terhadap efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah karena terdapat fenomena yang terjadi yaitu penurunan PAD yang disebabkan kondisi ekonomi saat ini, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pajak penerangan jalan dan konstribusi pajak penerangan terhadap efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah Kota Bandung tahun 2015-2019. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan deskripstif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuaantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu lima tahun dari tahun 2015-2019 yaitu dengan menggunakan kriteria data pendapatan asli daerah secara lengkap pada tahun 2015-2019 serta bulannya, karena pada tahun tersebut terdapat fenomena yaitu PAD mengalami penurunan di tahun 2019 serta BPPD yang menyajikan laporan pendapatan pajak daerah secara lengkap tahun 2015-2019 serta bulannya. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F, uji t serta uji determinasi simultan dan parsial. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas pajak penerangaan jalan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah dan konstribusi pajak penerangan jalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah. Saran Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk menggunakan variabel dan permasalahan yang sama, disarankan untuk menambah periode tahun dalam penelitian, agar dapat memperluas pengetahuan bagi pembaca.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Pajak Penerangan jalan, Konstribusi Pajak Penerangan Jalan, dan Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah |
