ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the effect of debt policy, investment decisions on firm value. This research uses a descriptive method. The results of this study show that simultaneously there is an effect of debt policy investment decisions on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period January - June 2020. The population in this study is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) for the period January - June 2020. The method used in this study is the purposive sampling method using the criteria for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period January - June 2020 by meeting the research criteria required for complete data related to variables. . The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable debt policy proxied by the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on firm value. Then the investment decision variable which is proxied by the price earning ratio has no significant effect on firm value.Keywords: Debt Policy, Investment Decisions, Firm Value.INTISARIPenelitia ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan hutang, keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kebijakan hutang keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) periode januari – juni 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) periode januari–juni 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode purpose sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) periode januari – juni 2020 dengan memenuhi kriteria penelitian yang dibutuhkan kelengkapan data yang terkait variabel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 23.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kebijakan hutang yang di proksi dengan debt to equity ratio mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian variabel keputusan investasi yang di proksikan dengan price earning ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : Kebijakan Hutang, Keputusan Investasi, Nilai Perusahaan. |
