dc.description Abstract. This study aims 1) To determine the level of Personal Branding of Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bandung Islamic University. 2) To find out the Career Development of Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Bandung Islamic University 3) Analyze how the influence of Personal Branding on Career Development at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Bandung Islamic University.The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification analysis. Respondents in this study were 37 lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung. The variables studied in this study are Personal Branding (X1), Career Development (Y). Data collection is carried out by library research and field research.The results of this study concluded that: 1) Personal Branding partially positive and significant effect on Career Development 2) The effect of Personal Branding simultaneously positive and significant effect on Career Development. It can be concluded that there is an influence between Personal Branding on the Career Development of Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bandung Islamic University.Keywords: Personal Branding, Career Development, Career Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat Personal Branding Dosen pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung. 2) Untuk mengetahui Pengembangan Karir Dosen pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung 3) Menganalisis bagaimana Pengaruh Personal Branding terhadap Pengembangan Karir pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung, yang berjumlah 37 orang. Variabel yang dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu Personal Branding (X1), Pengembangan Karir (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Personal Branding secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir 2) Pengaruh Personal Branding secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Personal Branding terhadap Pengembangan Karir Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung.Kata Kunci: Personal Branding, Pengembangan Karir, Manajemen Karir
