dc.description Abstract This research aims to find out how employees are performing at Post Office Deliver Center Soekarno Hatta. In addition, giving of knowledge and improve talent  of work given to employee of Post Office Deliver Center Soekarno Hatta should be considered because the lack of knowledge of the employee and developing human resources of two things can affect the employee's performance. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with the number of respondents as many as 31 people using data collection techniques in field research, library research and Interview. The results of this study concluded that there was an influence between Knowledge Management and Talent Management on employee performance at Post Office Deliver Center Soekarno Hatta.Keywords— Employee Performance, Knowledge Management, Talent Management Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pos Delivery Center Cabang Soekarno Hatta. Selain itu, pemberian ilmu pengetahuan dan manajemen talenta yang harus diperhatikan karena kurangnya pemberian dua hal tersebut kepada karyawan mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 31 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Knowledge Management dan Talent Management Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Pos Delivery Center Cabang Soekarno Hatta.Kata Kunci— Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Kinerja Karyawan.
