Abstract. This undergraduate thesis aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital by using the variable Capital Employed Coefficient, Human Capital Efficiency, and Structural Capital Efficiency on The Firm's Value which is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio in general banking companies. The sample used is the financial statements issued from 2015 to 2019. In the study sample used 8 general banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study using the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) method. In the processing data, researchers using Eviews10 to determine the results of the study using panel data regression models. The results obtained of the study are intellectual capital variables with indicators, namely Capital Employed Coefficient (VACA), Human Capital Efficiency (VAHU) and Structural Capital Efficiency (STVA) which have significantly influence on the firm's value, while the Capital Employed Coefficient (VACA) variable does not significantly influence on the firm's value by measured using the Price to ratio Book Value (PBV).  Keywords : Intellectual Capital, General Banking, Price to Book Value (PBV) Abstrak. Skripsi pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Intelektual dengan mengunakan variabel Capita Efficiency, Employed Human Capital Efficiency, dan Structural Capital Efficiency terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan rasio Price to Book Value (PBV) pada sektor perusahaan perbankan umum, sampel yang dipakai ialah laporan keuangan sektor perbankan umum yang dipublikasi pada tahun 2015-2019. Pada sampel penelitian  menggunakan 8 perusahaan perbankan umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pada penelitian ini metode yang dipakai ialah Value Added Intelectual Coefficient (VAIC), untuk melakukan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Aplikasi Eviews 10 untuk mengetahui hasil dari penelitian dengan menggunakan model regresi data panel. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan pengolahan data ialah variable modal intelektual dengan indikatornya yaitu Capital Employed Coefficient (VACA), Human Capital Efficiency (VAHU) dan Structural Capital Efficiency (STVA) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan diukur mengunakan rasio Price to Book Value (PBV). Kata kunci : Modal Intelektual, Perbankan Umum, Price to Book Value (PBV)
