dc.description.abstract	Increasing child involved in a violation of law, either qualitatively or quantitatively as a result of the development community increasingly konpleks, has influenced concern for all. Also led various efforts to give legal protection to the child towards the child, with a platform to give your best for the child . Law No. 11/2012 on the Child Criminal Justice System, is one form of improvement and increased legal protection to children change of Law No. 3/1997 of the Juvenile Court. The law has been formulated with firm handling troubled child forms with the law (ABH) by way of Diversion in every level .Judicial efforts against children as a last resort should be made to stand on the principles of Restorative Justice. With these two models are expected treatment would better protect ABH and future developments .	en_US
